The hotel is pleasant, comfortable. We traveled as three adults and stayed one night. The free parking lot is behind the hotel, where there was no more space. That's why we parked right next to it in the blue zone, which is also free overnight. The breakfast was without excesses, classic but solid.

We had dinner in the restaurant that was part of the hotel. The waitress came to ask us what we would like only after almost half an hour of sitting. Even earlier, she served the guests who came after us. The menu in the restaurant did not include dishes that are on the menu displayed at the reception.

The locations os good, from there you can walk to all the main objectives of Segovia. The aqueduct in at 10 minutes walking, for instance. On the other side of the street os the bus station, we took the bus to go to the Royal Palace San Ildefonsio from Granja. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Big bathroom. There are some parking places in the front, we were lucky to find one so we didn't move the car from there.

The air condition didn't function very well. The cleaning lady forget the door of our room open - probably it stayed wide open for a few hours, fortunately without any problems.

The location and the helpful staff

The fact that we were charged twice which seems to be booking.coms mustake. We were charged the full amount when booking on the 19th for our stay on the 23rd, even though we we had booked to pay at the hotel which was more expensive. Today is the 25th and my account is still short of the booked amount. Yes we have been informed that the money will be returned in 5 working days (Wednesday) but I am still not happy

The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from the aqueduct on the main street.he city is beautiful and the hotel beds are very comfortable. It is a quiet place, from where you can visit the whole city on foot. At the corner is the bus stop for bus 12 from and to the Guiomar fast train station. The room was comfortable, large bathroom, super price.

The furniture had some spots, I do not know if it was because it was made of wood or not properly cleaned.

The hotel is very well located beside the main bus station. It is about a ten minute walk to the Roman aqueduct, which is the main tourist attraction and centre of town. It is a modern hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and they offered a very good value breakfast for €7.50. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good position to visit the city; simple but with everything one needs, clean, spacious room, good breakfast choices. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and friendliness!

Finding a parking spot around is not easy or obvious, but the staff was very helpful with suggestions.

The hotel was very easy to find, being on the main route in from Segovia. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel was located just a 15 minute walk from the bustling centre and the Aquaduct. On our 2nd evening we dined in the restaurant and the Menu del Dia was very good value for money. We also managed to park our 3 motorcycles outside the hotel, but space is limited.

The hotel restaurant didn't open until 20:45 so we ate later than we intended.

Great location, infront of the bus station, a short stroll into the center, close to the historic district. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Walk in shower and basic toiletries. Tv in room .

The hotel was dated and in need of a proper update. Furniture was old . The bathroom needed some TLC !

I liked the cleanness of our bedroom. But what we liked the best was the views of our bedroom, they were very good.

When we arrived with the car there wasn't any space in the parking, therefore we had to park somewhere else to park our car. So, I would say that the parking is small.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient access to rooms. Lobby is on floor 1 but there’s access to the elevator on floor 0. Parking is right in front of the property. Short walk to sights without being in the middle of everything. Restaurant had good food.
