We loved the location - an oasis of tranquility. The hotel itself is quite quaint and very beautiful. The room was spacious and really comfortable with a large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the infinity pool wasn’t open when we stayed ( we knew that in advance) but it looked lovely and we would have loved to be able to use it. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Nothing really, but it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and the ability to make a tea or a coffee. You would expect this from a 4 star establishment , but this is a small issue in the overall context of a very lovely place.

Location and style of the campus and hotel were great The majority of the staff were great Facilities were excellent and the the room had amazing views

We were travelling with a dog. The only restaurant open didn’t allow dogs inside even though it has a large bar area which had local children in it. The man running the bar was exceptionally rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t allow us to have the restaurant menu on the terrace where we had to sit with the dog We had some tapas which was ok, but really disappointing that such a fab hotel didn’t provide an area where it was possible to eat food from the menu! The man in the bar served me drinks, I asked for the bill he ignored me, I waited whilst he served 2 other local people and walked out to the terrace, 10 mins later he came out stating I hadn’t paid, it wasn’t from the want of trying .

A great stopover between Mojacar and Santander. Quirky decor and a fabulous spacious room, great shower and a bath, with a balcony courtyard which was perfect for us travelling with a dog. The Taberna for evening meal was also dog friendly and the burger was Excellent! Only complaint was that dogs not allowed in dining room for breakfast so had to ask for a tray to take food back to room. The supplenent for dog was 20eur which was a bit pricey but i think that contributed to us getting the fabulous room. The dog bed and treats were a lovely touch! Will definitely stay here again just would book without breakfast. Although it's a few km off the motorway it was easy to find and we'll signposted.

Beautiful buildings. Lovely big clean room ( with a bath). Balcony overlooking the gardens. Fridge. Choice of 2 bars when we arrived ( 1 indoor and 1 outdoor). Choice of 2 restaurants- we ate outside in the tapas restaurant. Gorgeous food. Friendly staff. Very dog friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Will absolutely definitely come back one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nothing - husband said tea/coffee making in the room would be nice but this didn’t bother me.

Hotel and grounds .. were massive Swimming pool was super. A really lovely place

The hotel fails as to Evening meals at this time of the year they have 3 Resteraunts but two were not open and the their only advised attached eating establishment was poor with strange meals and very overworked and rude staff .. We tried a second Resteraunt 100 mtrs with the same results , eventually found a good local pizza tavern .. these were not advised by the hotel staff but hotel was good

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Pedraza for the Night of Candles or Segovia (10 min by car). The hotel itself was lovely and charming place, very nice decorated and with a lot of outdoor/indoor facilities to stay and relax. The outdoor pool was with great sunset views.

The hotel is located in a small town where it is hard to find a reason to stay longer, but for 2 nights was perfect. During our stay, it was the only place to have a meal. The other restaurants in the town were closed even during the weekend. In this regard, it was very uncomfortable when we were with a small kid and we needed to find something to eat outside of the working hours of the restaurant for lunch and after - for dinner. On the second day of our stay, most of the dishes we liked were finished by 22:00 and we went to Segovia to have dinner. In the restaurant there is no English-speaking staff and no English menu available, so you definitely will need to use Google Translate all the time if you don't speak Spanish.

We stayed here on our drive from the south to the north of Spain. The hotel is in an area of mountains that were snow covered in March. Very beautiful. The room was well designed. Very spacious and rustic with a large bathroom. It was very quiet so we slept well. We ate at the hotel which was very nice. The hotel is full of green spaces so lovely to wander around, especially as we had a dog. It was good value for money and we will return

This place is a gem, rather would like to keep it a secret but a bit selfish not to share.. The design inside the hotel is just fantastic, the whole place with all gardens and additional buildings just amazing. Even that little special like the welcoming for our dogs puts it in a very special category of not just very good but exceptional. A cool spa section that we used with a lot of pleasure as a fantastic ad on especially during a winter visit. I forgot the breakfast experience that keep you having that extra long really enjoyable best described as a brunch. No doubt one of top experiences for us that constantly travel around Europe with our dogs looking for places like this. We will be back soon!

Did not find anything to improve

Everything. The reception was very well staffed. The artwork and finishing in the hotel were wonderful. Paul Smith, or replicas in the bar, each a different fabric. Breakfast always included and no issues with meeting dietary requirements eats. The restaurant and bar were well aware of different dietary issue and ensured that w3 accommodated with vegan food. Everywhere spotlessly clean.

The property is quaint with many different green spaces. The staff are super friendly and the pet policy is wonderful. They supplied a large bed, food and water bowls and a few treats for my dog. There are a number of restaurants and a couple of bars on the property and the pool area was great. I had the best Gin and Tonic I’ve ever had in the pool garden area.

It’s a little way out of Segovia, about a 15 min drive but for me that is offset by the tranquil location.
