The hotel is in a 60s tower block that needs a refit and the kids coming out of the disco over the road in the early hours make a racket....you were young once remember. But •The view from our room on the 10th floor was great - ditto the restaurant. •Location was excellent. •Staff were friendly. •Parking was free and convenient. •It was not expensive. We will be staying again when we go back to Porto.

We had a room with a terrace overlooking the aqueduct. It had just been refurbished and everything was new. We had a slight problem with the TV but that was soon sorted out. The buffet restaurant was plentiful with fresh eggs cooked to your liking. The location was excellent just next to the aqueduct and near lots of lively tapas bars and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is very centric and accesible to near parking. The best thing is right besides de Acueducto which is only a couple minutes away. The stay was very nice for a one night stay and the staff was very accommodating and helped us find the best places and routes to visit the city. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Not much, the bathroom layout was odd, but its our first trip to Europe, we expected some oddness.

The location only 200 metres from Segovia's famous aqueduct is perfect. It is far enough away from the nightlife to ensure a good sleep. My room was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast for 10 euro provided a nice start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, just metres away from the aqueduct, even though our rooms did not have a view of it, but you could see it the moment you stepped out of the hotel door. Close to the tourist information office (who were extremely helpful). Great to have a small fridge in the room in the hot weather. No parking outside the hotel although you can stop for 5 minutes to unload bags. The hotel offers a parking deal with the nearest underground carpark for 18 euros a night (I think), however, the concierge told us that on street parking was allowed and directed us to a residential street where it was safe to leave our hire car.

The aircon was not brilliant and was really needed in the hot weather. The hotel is quite dated- the bathroom was a bit dark and =old fashioned and the shower not very fast. That said the accommodation was adequate/comfortable enough for a 2 night stay.

The views from our balcony and sitting out on the balcony in the evening listening to live music from an outdoor venue close by. They also offered a late check out so we didn’t have to carry our bags with us all day.

It was older but very well maintained. No modern amenities.

Short walk to the old city. Nice room size, large bathroom. Breakfast every morning was quite good (except the weak coffee) and lots of choices. Helpful staff.

Coffee!! Also we had two plumbing problems but each time the staff responded appropriately and situation was soon resolved.

The location was great, walking-distance to the city center and main attractions. Friendly staff during check-in. Big and clean rooms.

Cleaning service was noisy Sunday morning. We expected more quietness during the weekend, but furniture moving and doors opening/closing was annoying early in the morning.

Wonderful & friendly personnel. We liked the bathroom and the location was simply amazing! Good lunch offer in the restaurant with wine, bread and water included.

the window view was basically another room/wall of the building in front of us. Except that everything else was fine!

Location, good view of the aqueduct in the daytime and a spectacular view of a nighttime when all was lit up, easy access to bars and restaurants ,nice balcony ,A very pleasant hotel.

Parking for a motorcycle was a bit strong @ 20 euros a night ,I declined and chained it to railings for free,
