The location overlooking the monuments were truly breathtaking. We were given room 201 and as a budget last minute trip, this hotel absolutely exceeded all of our expectations, from the balcony, to the spacious room and the friendly staff. The 10euro buffet breakfast was such a nice welcomed surprise as well!

As we drove over from France, we struggled to find parking as the property didn't have any parking. I don't speak Spanish so I parked on an adjacent road that didn't have any signs that were super visible and ended up getting a fine. After some searching, I found the pay station and the very cheap cost furthered my frustration with the parking situation.

The location is great, can access anywhere in old town, the facilities of room is good and sleep well.

The staff make mistakes to give me a double premium room to me, but it is unbearable for us, there are not other guests around me, I never give any pressure for the staff, he / she just do her own job, but still cause me to change the room on the next day, waste my time and effort to communicate with the next staff for this issue.

The hotel is in a 60s tower block that needs a refit and the kids coming out of the disco over the road in the early hours make a racket....you were young once remember. But •The view from our room on the 10th floor was great - ditto the restaurant. •Location was excellent. •Staff were friendly. •Parking was free and convenient. •It was not expensive. We will be staying again when we go back to Porto.

We had a room with a terrace overlooking the aqueduct. It had just been refurbished and everything was new. We had a slight problem with the TV but that was soon sorted out. The buffet restaurant was plentiful with fresh eggs cooked to your liking. The location was excellent just next to the aqueduct and near lots of lively tapas bars and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

The proximity to the aqueduct was great. The aqueduct itself towers over the town and is a marvel worth studying as you walk back and forth to the hotel. Staff were pleasant and the room was clean and spacious as a triple room.

The toilet door was partially louvred which was odd.

The location of the hotel is very centric and accesible to near parking. The best thing is right besides de Acueducto which is only a couple minutes away. The stay was very nice for a one night stay and the staff was very accommodating and helped us find the best places and routes to visit the city. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Not much, the bathroom layout was odd, but its our first trip to Europe, we expected some oddness.

A great location only a few steps away from aquaduct and the main part of town. Also various eating places and car parking directly outside the hotel.

The facilities could be better especially some hot water so one can make some coffee or noodles in the room.

The location only 200 metres from Segovia's famous aqueduct is perfect. It is far enough away from the nightlife to ensure a good sleep. My room was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast for 10 euro provided a nice start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

Good location, and Felipe is awesome! Rooftop bar is also super fun to look at the aquaducts at night.

The doors to the rooms are a little thin so if someone is talking down the hall you definitely hear it.

The views from our balcony and sitting out on the balcony in the evening listening to live music from an outdoor venue close by. They also offered a late check out so we didn’t have to carry our bags with us all day.

It was older but very well maintained. No modern amenities.
