The personnel was super nice, the room was very big, and they have a beautiful garden with tables inside.

The road nearby has a decent amount of traffic on weekends so it's a bit noisy in the morning (if you need to sleep late).

It was quiet and the persons running it were lovely. The room was big. I liked how the space was decorated. There was a piano, a chess board and games which were available for guests. It was easy to park (there was a dedicated space).

Everything was fine.

The breakfast was basic but nice with good service. The room was clean.

No AC, but it wasn't really required. The hotel restaurant was closed in the evening.

We had some problems to come on time. The staff called us and aranged the new time. They also gave us posibility to charge our car. The location is very beautifull, in the mountains.The breakfast was good.

It was still close to main road

The hostess was ever so kind to serve us breakfast early. We had not seen the hours and tend to be early risers even before major time zone changes. Excellent Breakfast.

Bed springs are a constant problem for me and these proved annoying as are many. Another padding layer under sheets would help.

Lovely building, rustic but completely refurbished. Nice lounge area downstairs. Bedroom perfectly clean. Very nice Spanish breakfast: toast with ham/cheese/tomato/jam, homemade cakes, fruit. Great location for walking in the Sierras while also close to Segovia

Not really a negative, just something to be careful of. Latest check-in time is 6pm, but we were able to arrange a later check-in without a problem by contacting the hotel

Surrounded by beautiful nature

The room was clean and good enough for two people.

It was a bit far from the village of Valsaín.

Quiet, well located outside Segovia and close to La Granja

Somewhat disengaged reception. But athmosphere improved with breakfast staffing.
