The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. great view from the window. the staff were super helpful. breakfast was excellent, there was one guy in the restaurant who packed fruits and faratas for us for our long journey, which really helped us. what i loved most about the hotel is that the staffs did not stay within the parameters of rules and regulations. They helped genuinely and cared. not money minded hotel. thank you charmwood ..

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious food options that really impressed me. The location is very convenient—close to the airport—and the rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a very positive experience.

Overall it was a wow experience.

The rooms look legit like a proper 5 star hotel and the washroom is very modern. The bed was very comfortable and a good view of the Leh airport. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious. The location allowed us to walk to the airport to catch our return flight and the staff were quite courteous

Great view from Window. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Door jam was a pickle and distance to town centre market was little too much. Other than that everything was spot on.

Value for money, well maintained and feels like a proper hotel. Staff are friendly and the location is right outside the airport, 10 mins by car to the market.
