My husband and I were looking for a peaceful staycation spot in Goa where we could enjoy nature, and a friend recommended Treebo Rock Valley to us—so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. A kind gentleman, Padmanath, helped us with our bags, and we were offered a refreshing hibiscus drink as we checked in. We stayed in one of their 18 individual cottages nestled in the jungle. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and offered just the right amount of privacy we were looking for. Being surrounded by greenery really set the tone for a calm and quiet getaway. Padmanath who helped us with our bags stood out to us right away—not only because he was attentive and friendly, but because of how humble and genuine he was. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us and made sure we were comfortable. His kindness left a real impression on us. In general, all of the assisting staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Their care and quiet attentiveness made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming, and it definitely added to our enjoyment. That same day, the staff kindly arranged a private tour of their spice farm just for the two of us—even though it wasn’t the usual time for tours. Sheetal, who guided us, was friendly and informative. It ended up being a really lovely walk through nature, and we appreciated the personal attention. As vegetarians, we ordered à la carte for our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The food was fresh and flavourful. Since I’m sensitive to spicy food, we asked them to tone it down a bit, and they were happy to accommodate. Breakfast, which was included, was also quite filling—bread with bhaji, pouris with potato, jam and tea, and bananas. Simple, but satisfying. We also requested to go kayaking early in the morning, and they arranged that for us without any trouble.

We visited here as a family of 4 adults. We chose the location specifically to be in the area to go on a separately arranged bird watching trek in the surrounding forests. The hotel is in a remote location, about a 2 hour drive from Palolem. The hotel staff are business-like but not unfriendly and our stay was well managed. Our rooms were on a balcony level overlooking the nearby rive and forest - quite spectacular views from the room balcony. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. We used the swimming pools late in the day - they were clean and provided great views over the forest but very cold! Food at the hotel is excellent! We ate a la carte on the first night and had an absolute feast. On the second night we ate from the buffet which, again, was very good. The breakfast was buffet style with eggs cooked to order and was a perfect start to the day. Staff in the restaurant were lovely.

Wi-fi here was very poor. Other than that no negative comments.

The ambience of the rooms, the size and the facilities at the property were very good. It was a perfect place for an idyllic vacation. The staff was courteous and the food served was very good.

The dining area was a bit far from the cottages. Also the room has a complete glass facade offering no privacy unless the curtains were closed. Closing the curtains would block the view

The property is astounding and much better than the pictures on site. About 20 cottages spread in a big area embracing nature. Staff is hospitable and accomodating. They waited to serve us welcome drink even at midnight on our arrival! Spice plantation tour included in the package is an experience one must have. They also have additional activities like ziplining, skywalk,archery but they were closed due to monsoon.

The lunch options are limited and not up to the mark. The location is quite offbeat so there is no good restaurant in vicinity.

The most amazing stay was provided by this resort. Clean, well-kept rooms, a refreshing pool, a tidy atmosphere, and of course, lots of entertaining activities. This property is situated in the South Goa neighbourhood of Ponda. When it comes to professional ethics, every employee is extremely skilled.

The main disadvantage is food. Personally, I don't think the food is very good; the breakfast buffet was okay, but dinner was disappointing. My order of fried rice had an excessive amount of oil in it.

Bread slices were served cold, would have liked a toaster available for heating the slices to have with butter. Also curd could be added to the breakfast.
