During my recent stay at Hotel Coastal Pearl in Madgaon, Goa, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and comfortable accommodations provided. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was commendable, especially in the well-appointed bathrooms that were sparkling and hygienic throughout my stay. This made me feel instantly at ease and added to the overall comfort of the experience. A standout feature of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, particularly by Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Sagar, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need. Their proactive approach and genuine care ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless. Whether it was arranging for additional amenities, providing local recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests, their professionalism and hospitality were truly exceptional. The hotel itself boasts a charming ambiance, blending modern comforts with a touch of Goan hospitality. The common areas were well-maintained, and the facilities provided were in excellent condition. The serene environment around the hotel added to its appeal, offering a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the vibrant streets of Madgaon. In terms of amenities, Hotel Coastal Pearl exceeded expectations. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. The in-room dining service offered a variety of delicious options, showcasing local flavors as well as international cuisines. Each meal was served promptly and was of excellent quality, further enhancing my overall experience. The location of the hotel is another highlight, conveniently situated to explore the best of what Madgaon and its surrounding areas have to offer.

The staff provided a good customer service, a special shoutout to Mr Jaganath Ganguli . He was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves a raise. The hotel room was clean at all times and restaurant food was nice.

Very clean, spacious , comfortable room. Tasty , fresh local breakfast like poha, upma, omlettes made to order and hot tea. Excellent location with friendly and extremely helpful staff. Accommodated us through our problems . Would come back again. Thanks guys!

I read the reviews and I really don't understand how can anyone rate this htl badly. Big room, very clean, quite new, friendly flexible staff, complimentary filtered water (much better quality then store bought in plastic).

The train station is nearby and you can hear trains sometimes. It is located inlands and without a bike or car it is nit a goid choice fir a prolonged stay.

Great location, close to railway station, multiple restaurants nearby, spacious room with all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was alright with fruits, toasts, tea, juice, Indian breakfast varieties and fresh omlette. Quick check in and check out, great staff at the reception, have to mention Ravi, who was just fantastic throughout our stay, warm, respectful and always with a great smile. Would definitely recommend others to try Costal Pearl at Madgaon.

Nothing major but the coffee powder and creamers were spoiled, the coffee turned out to be a crap and gave a stomach upset as I decided to drink it anyway.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. The hotel for us was a layover and we had to catch an early train. Since we left before breakfast he organized some toast for us. The room was clean and comfortable. There were three different thali options for dinner and it was very delicious (we only had the veg thali).

The location is very near to Madgaon railway station which is very convenient. In our case we had an early morning train to catch on the return and station is only 5-10 mins by walk so saves the trouble of transportation. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast option was good even though there was limited items . The person in charge Mr. Jaganath made sure our requirements were well taken care . They also have an in house travel agency tie up in case you require vehicle , both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Overall a good experience.

So the Coastal Pearl Hotel is kind of a gem in Madgaon city, very near Madgaon railway station, Exit from platform no 4, go straight take first right & u will reach your destination. After going there you will meet Jagannath Ganguly in short Ganguly da. He is a very nice person, always ready to help you through your entire stay. They can help you to take a two wheeler or four wheeler on a rental for traveling! Overall my experience with accommodation, Staff's & food is very good (breakfast is included & it's really amazing with many choices)

What I didn't like 🤔! It's quite difficult!! Because I liked everything! But yes one suggestion you guys can enhance your food options. For lunch & dinner food options & taste can be improved!!!
