Overall experience was good,.staff was helpful. Room was neat and clean. Receptionist Vaibhavi was very polite, respectful, helpful and a nice lady i interacted with during my stay.

Nothing that I could think off, but yes, now that there is a restaurant with in the hotel became a very convenient place to have lunch and dinner. Wish there could have been breakfast as well. The coupon given to a restaurant, Bharat cafe, the breakfast i and my daughter didn't like. We found it a weird taste . We had ordered for batata Vada and masala dosa. We just went the first day.. didn't prefer going again.

I would surely like to give 4 stars for this property. Bathroom was bit unclean... where i was disappointed, rest I stayed for just 12 hrs just to give my body a good relax after the long day journey... so didn't take any room service... the restaurant is closed on the venue so u have to get your food form outside if you want to eat it at the hotel... or manage it at restaurant outside.... so overall a good experience only for stay

The check in was so easy and was given a complete booking receipt printed on request. The room is old school but really clean and attention to details noted. The only caution is the water heater gets surprisingly hot very shortly (Too hot). The most surprising item was the very modern digital flat screen TV which plays all sorts of files and USB. The only drawback is there is no WIFI . Overall, I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Margao. . Across the street is the famous Longuinous Restaurant which has been serving meals for over 70 years (?) I highly recommend open from 08;30 -2100 (?) otherwise there are a few chai stalls about 250 meters in front of the hotel for the after 2300 snack runs. There is also a famous ice cream parler right next door to the hotel which is open late. I suggest you bring your water, drinks , and snacks before you arrive at the hotel for your convenience as the hotel restaurant remains closed.

No WIFI and it would be great if they sold some small snacks for those of us who get late night munchies

Cleanliness, courteous staff -both front desk and housekeeping- and surprisingly positive response to my earlier feedback( November 2022) to make available a tea kettle in the room. Hope tea/coffee/sugar and milk satchets are also provided henceforth without guests asking ( we had to ask) along with it

Would be better if the check-out time is made 1200 hrs instead of 1100hrd as per indian and international hotel standards.

Actually we were 4 family members but they gave 1 extra mattress and charged for 4. This was only wrong thing we faced.

The in house restaurant is beyond comparison, excellent choice of food and beverages. Room service available as well!

it was a great experience overall to stay at margaon residency.

Location is good, Rooms are good. Staff is nice,

No restaurant facility. we cant even get tea, tea hawker visit in residency for serving tea. Due to no provision of Restaurent, we need to order Swiggy, but lack of plates/ dishes in room and the hotel dont even provide it. so if your booking this hotel please be sure you are carrying your own utensil's as the hotels/ restaurant's nearby starts getting closed from 6 pm onwards and you need to be depend upon swiggy. They should make parking available to the travellers as there is public parking which is always full by the rented cars.

1.Location is at centre of Madgaon. Railway station at walking distance of 1.7km 2. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We too suit which is best for the family. 3.its a value for money stay in safe environment

1. No room service/ restaurant however just in front of this there's good restaurant. 2. Bathrooms are not modern, no shampoo or liquid bath soap provided. Had to ask for toilet paper.

Hotel was kind enough to allow a late check out. Special mention of Mr. Carmo from reception, who was very pleasant and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Ideal location. Clean room and linen. Value for money.
