The hotel was central and modern and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The best thing was the dining: the food in the restaurants and coffee shop was good quality and reasonably priced, and the staff were excellent.

Two things: Booking from England was difficult as the hotel required full payment in advance via bank transfer meaning I incurred £30 in bank charges, and I then had to chase the hotel to acknowledge receipt. Acoustics in the corridors are not good, and we were disturbed by other guests banging doors.

I liked the staff at the reception. They were very professional, helpful & kind. The doorman was very polite & very respectful. The room was tidy, air conditioner was awesome & the food was great. The ambience of the hotel was very welcoming.

The soap dispenser next to the sink was mouldy. At times when the housekeeper cleaned my room, i didn’t get my amenities (e.g. towel & toilet paper). Room service charges GST for food sometimes was overcharged. For example, there were 2 guests but there was only 1. Some dishes had too much ginger-garlic taste. It was overpowering!! 😤😤 The room service menu should be different to the restaurant menu. Breakfast was terrible!! There could be more variety of dishes.

The venue on the 6th floor terrace was extremely cool. the breakfast as well was amazing with lot of attention to details. Fresh dosas on offer was a bonus. The manager also was putting in efforts to make sure everything was catered for.

liked every bit of it. One of the best places i have stayed in recently. Cost effective with pleasant helpful staff rooms very clean and spacious and yes, so very well located right in the middle of the city! Could not find any fault.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the breakfast on the roof top was great as well. The standards of the hotel are comparable to a Best Western or something around the basic American standards. Which was great to have after dealing with a couple sub par hotel on our trip to India.

The food at the hotel was just OK. I would venture out to eat! Check out Cafe Tato or Spicy family restaurant to name a few.

the hotel was beyond expectations , the staff were so attentive and quick . hotel was very clean rooms were very clean and big enough for a family of 4. breakfast on the terrace was really nice . reception staff was very friendly and accommodating specially Mr.Allan.

they should have proper CCTV security cameras places outside the hotel in the hotel parking lot .

Great customer service. Enjoyed breakfast and other meals at the restaurant. Very convenient and centrally located

More linen, only 1 set of towels provided even though we were a couple staying in the hotel.

The hotel should have some provision of providing on exception atleast 1 room when they have family visiting them as early checkin and that should not be with extra cost.. the charges were exhorbitant

Great location, nice spacious room. Shops, restaurants and market place in walking distance. Taxis also in front of the hotel. Nice cafe near the hotel to have breakfast.

No balcony. Swimming pool was right by the restaurant and no sunbeds.

What i did not like is i requeated for pick-up n when i arrived in Goa there was no one to pick me, kept on reading other names and hotel boards. It disappointed me very much thinking did i choose the right hotel if even pick-up was a failure

This is a well appointed hotel in a good location in Margao. All the staff I had dealings with were professional and polite. Breakfast, as was all the food on offer in the hotel was excellent.

The only poor thing I noticed was the area behind the television (the bench on which is sat) had not seen a duster in a very long time . . . but apart from that this was still a great stay.
