Staff were friendly, forgot to take picture of the room but it was clean and had no funky smell! I forgot to check whether there were lifts prior to check-in (they don’t have lifts) we had our 80+ yo grandma, so thankful that they gave us ground floor which my grandma was sooooo pleased hahha. We had a king and super single which was so big considering its a boutique hotel. It was a lovely stay and we even got to meet the owner during breakfast! Btw breakfast was simple, neat, clean, and just so well thouht out! You could tell he really took pride in taking care of his hotel :) its inspired from his trip to Switzerland. Definitely coming back to stay here when we come for family trips again!

Very comfortable and accommodating. Spent the night here on day 1/3 of cycling from Singapore to Malacca and it was the perfect comfortable space to relax and sleep. Breakfast was good, shower was nice, room was spacious and wifi behaved well. Staff was nice and accommodating - offered a spot to park bicycles and were patient navigating a misunderstanding. I doubt there is any better option in the area.

Food options are limited nearby the hotel location, but the restaurant right besides was good.

1) Staff are courteous and helpful. 2) Breakfast was good. Just add on to have different varieties of finger snacks if possible.

1) Water pressure was low, especially bidet and showering area. 2) There wasn't any guide to change TV channels, and no highlights of available channels. TV remote buttons weren't user-friendly. Buttons were pressed several times, but nothing occurred. 3) No safe locker to keep personal belongings. 4) Should be able to request for bath towels. It was quite unreasonable to pay for an additional $$ just to request for an additional towels. It won't be comfortable for us to use the same wet towels again for the next day.

we booked a beautiful family room that includes a king size bed, a single bed, tv, small fridge, free tea, coffee, mineral water, complete with an iron, iron board, hair dryer, towels and complete furniture. Breakfast was simple and delicious! Staff are also very friendly! Definitely a great place to stay! Thank you so much for a great service!

Everything is good..I love the room, perfect for two..Bathroom is clean, room is clean.. The surrounding of hotel also great, love the decorations, trees and the location just a little distance from the town, so it is quite, which I like, because we come to healing healing 😁

I wish breakfast have more variety 😅, but the taste is great though, good food 👍.. One of the lamp not functioning, but already tell the staff, I hope they fix it soon.. For toothbrush, I hope you give 2 sets, because it is couple room, we come double..huhu

Clean, wifi ok, staffs ok and room ok

TV no sound and the bathroom tiles slippery. The tiles has no different colour to differentiate between the bathroom step. It is dangerous for customer especially the oldest when they want to use the bathroom. It may occur injuries especially when we did not notice there is a step between the bathroom and toilet. Please take note seriously.

Last time when i had breakfast there, the nasi lemak was super delicious👍🏻😋. But now, the taste, rrrrr… The room is clean and very spacious..only if the floor is venyl@spc will be more nice n comfortable to my feet.😄

The location is just a few minute outside the main town and easy to get to. The breakfast, thoug simple is sufficient and delicious.

The room is abit small. Upon entering, the bed is occupying majority of the space, with just enough room to get to the toilet.

Staff was very helpful. Location near to town centre. Calm area. Room space and facilities was perfect for family with 3 adults. Room lighting was bright. Good local breakfast, a lot of parking space.
