The rooms are so beautiful at this hotel and the staff are incredible! From the moment we checked in and got fresh juice, to helping us secure our tickets for the safari and making sure we got on the right canter, everything was perfect! I was stressed about figuring out how to get my tickets for the safari and to get to the pickup point but everything was handled for us. The food is also delicious! The view from the rooftop is so beautiful and a nice place to spend time, especially with a beer! On our last day we were so grateful to have chai at our host’s house with his wonderful children and they gave us a beautiful gift. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and would love to stay there again! Thank you for everything!

The accommodation is only a short distance from the main street, where you will find a small shop, ATMs and restaurants. At the same time, it is far enough away not to be disturbed by traffic noise. The owner is very attentive and helpful. I already had safari tickets but he did a wonderful job organizing the registration and pick up from the accommodation so I didn't have to worry about anything else. The room left nothing to be desired and I was even given an upgrade. Nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness and wifi quality. Last but not least, the kitchen team and the roof terrace deserve special mention. A nice place and they quickly prepare really good dishes for breakfast (even after the morning safari) and dinner.

The hotel was quiet nice and calm. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. They updated us without any charge on a better room. We had some good food on the rooftop and enjoyed a nice view over the neighbourhood. We can definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.

The room itself was super pretty. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner though.

The accommodation was clean, had great service and all necessary amenities were present. The roof top restaurant was nice also, where they try their best to accommodate to your wishes. The position in relation to the park was nice.

The city the accommodation is in does not have a real centre, so everything is far spread out and not ideal to walk. The street the accommodation is located on was nog all paved, creating a muddy path when it rains.

Had a very comforting and relaxing stay. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Hygiene and cleanliness was up to the mark. Staff was courteous and helpful. They assisted with the local information promptly. Any requests made were attended to. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Vishnu was incredibly helpful. I was in Sawai Madhopur for only 24 hours and he helped me efficiently arrange a trip to Ranthambore fort immediately after we arrived in the afternoon, and coordinate with the safari driver to pick us up from the hotel the next day. Due to this, not only were we able to visit the famous Ganesh temple at the fort on our very first day, we were also able to see a tigress on our Safari the next day. Since it was our only chance, we got incredibly lucky! He also suggested for us to visit the local artisan shop. Not only were the prices of of souvenirs, knickknacks, paintings, and fabrics/dress materials incredibly reasonable (I'm currently in Jaipur, I can guarantee you are being priced very fairly at Sawai Madhopur!) they also ship it to your home country/city for a reasonable price. The people at Rajputana Heritage were also very polite and the quality of food both for dinner and breakfast the next day was amazing. Basically, if you need any suggestions during your visit, or if you need any help, you can count on Vishnu.

Not a problem for us honestly, but you might want to be aware that food is a bit pricey. You're guaranteed quality and taste, though. And the view from the terrace where the dining tables are placed is pretty great. Still. You might want to take into account the price, if that's a concern.

The room was spacious and well appointed and everything worked. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, hotel arranged my trip to the Fort and tiger safari. Good secure parking for my motorbike.

Considering the price point everything was fine.

It was confortable stay with family . Room was spacious . Vishnu ji was helpful with everything during our stay . My kids loved it . Awesome family place . The staff was courteous and helped us with a early brunch before early morning safari.

Hotel is located near the railway station and is well maintained property. Services were excellent and staff is helpful. The food was delicious. And room was spacious and clean. Safari was provided by the hotel. Overall experience of mine was good.
