Absolutely incredible staff, I've never come across so kind and so committed hotel personnel, they seem really HAPPY to have you there, you feel so welcome! Very nice room with a fantastic view, comfortable beds, beautiful garden, great & varied breakfast, a few steps from the beach & restaurants, a cat resident & cat visitors... Absolutely lovely everything!

The only thing lacking is a small coffee mashine or at least a kettle in the room for those who (like myself) have problems to open their eyes and show their faces publicly just out of bed... The beds occupying most of the beach belong to other hotels & restaurants and are very expensive.

Have travelled and stayed in many hotels worldwide and this gem of a hotel would be up there in my top five ! It is impossible find anything negative to say about it! The location is great. A few minutes minutes walk to the beach if you fancy an early morning swim before breakfast. Our suite and the whole hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and beach towels are changed everyday and bed linen every other day. Breakfast was superb. Fresh ingredients and plenty of choice. Loved the Greek yoghurt topped with sour cherries! What makes this hotel extra special is the staff . They are all so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have the best stay possible and they are always happy to recommend beaches,restaurants and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip to Delos. Thank you Maria for providing such a lovely place to stay in Mykonos!

We loved everything about this property! They arranged a transfer to and from the port for us. They gave us two rooms next to each other and had them ready early! They had the best breakfast ever and the rooms were so clean and spacious. I loved the bathrooms. The porch view is so beautiful. The staff were so friendly and attentive. They greeted us with welcome drinks. They are steps from the Ornos beach which was so beautiful and relaxing. The walk to the beach was so beautiful through a garden! They gave us amazing dinner recommendations. They even finished our stay with a small gift to remember them by! It was the best stay!

Erato hotel is a very charming place, beautifully decorated in traditional Cycladic style, in a very peacefully area, just a short stroll from the Ornos beach and a short drive (10 min) to the bustling Mykonos Town. The location is just perfect - there is many shops, bakeries and restaurants, just few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are very charming, well equipped, clean and with a lot of natural light. We had the privilege to stay in the room facing the sea, with a small balcony, where we could enjoy the sunsets. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring an unforgettable stay - very helpful when it comes to suggesting best restaurants, best beaches, best rooftops.

The first impression was very positive as the host Maria sat with us to explain everything and give us tips and a map. We received an upgrade because it was the end of the season. It was a plus. The staff is just great and accommodating. We were offered beach towels which was a plus definitely. The breakfast is great and the whole hotel is very nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. Ornos beach is just steps away and also access to the water taxi. It's a great location. You can take the bus to town (Chora) from there.

I liked everything

Maria and the staff were so delightful! They were super helpful for recommendations, tips, and information about where to go and how to get around on the island. And they were awesome in having anything we needed, including beach towels, electrical converters, and even a wine bottle opener. Breakfast was a delicious buffet each morning, and extra water bottles or drinks from the bar were very affordable compared to the prices at the beaches or in town. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our first time in Mykonos was enjoyable.

It is a very beautiful, cozy hotel , 50 meter to the beach, and the everywhere is very clean. The staff is so kind and friendly, helpful every time. There is a distance to the center ( Fabrika) , not suitable for walking but we can say that it is also close to the center( Fabrika ) by bus, there is a bus stop nearest to the hotel every 30 minutes available . The sea and beach was so beautiful.

Our stay was amazing, I wish I could give it more stars! The breakfast was better than expected, I am still dreaming of the greek yogurt! They greeted us with juice when we arrived, had amazing local recommendations/information (like boat/bus times), the bus stop was very close and the grocery store was right down the road. The beach was a <5 min walk and all of the staff was so incredibly kind to my two young children, they made us feel so welcome.

The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and they changed our towels every day. You can swim in the sea at Ornos Beach by walking a little from the hotel's garden.

To go to the beaches from Ornos, you have to go to the city center by bus each time, return to the city center and go to Ornos again. This causes some loss of time and fatigue. If I come again, I would prefer to stay in hotels in the city center.

We absolutely loved staying at Erato! The staff were AMAZING! The rooms were spacious and spotless with big modern bathrooms. I felt like I was staying in a picture. It was a dream come true! So much attention to detail. Great location. Easy to get around by bus. The perfect location if you want to stay in a quieter area of Mykonos but still be close to the main town. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful views of Ornos Beach. I will remember staying there forever. Thank you to the beautiful staff for making our visit so wonderful. ❤️

I can not fault my stay in any way. Everything was perfect!
