The apartments are amazing and very impressive on the decore, amenities, amazing kitchen and showers and super comfortable. We started in an amazing apartment but it was in the middle of a whole neighborhood they are building so everything was under construction, we talked to the reception which were amazing and they switched our apartment to a different location with a private pool which we loved. Also, on the inside we had 3 showers and toilets which was super comfortable for our group of 4 adults + 2 children.

Let's start with the fact, that it's not a hotel. It's a golf resort and each apartment is owned by a different owner the the "hotel facilities" is basically the reception and management company spervises this short term lease- it should be marked on a very clear way. The location is very problematic and remote (25 minutes from the nearest supermarket) and also they should not lease the apartments which we initially got- it really feels like a construction site and not a resort.

West Cliffs is an amazing property and is developing nicely. Our villa was very nice and spacious. The golf course is beautiful and very challenging.

The property doesn’t have a health club with things like a gym, spa, inside pool etc. which you get accustomed to in hotels. What you rent are villas (or apartments) and that’s it. Cleaning came only once during our 4 night stay. The pool in our villa wasn’t heated which given the weather in the region it really should be. Breakfast was good but a bit limited.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex villa (#27) - and it was absolutely fantastic. The ground level was the living, dining, and kitchen, and one small toilet, while the 3 bedrooms were on the upper floor. There is a nice backyard with pool, and space for a car park in the front. The front had a nice view of the ocean, with the master bedroom in the front upper floor having a large balcony with a fantastic ocean view. The two other bedrooms also have a nice large balcony. The apartment is very well finished, with excellent furniture and very well maintained. The clubhouse has excellent food, with even nicer views over the gold course. I particularly enjoyed the hiking trails that go around the property, leading up to the beach and cliffs - which were absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our stay, and wish we could live here longer.

Minor quibble, but our TV was not able to connect to the network, and they could not fix it during our stay. The place was so good, that we did not really miss TV :-)

Secluded residences with marvellous ocean view. Villas are spacious and well-maintained. You may find almost everything there. Food in the restaurant is top quality. Staff is very kind and helpful. Be mindful of the envelope that you receive together with the keys. We didn’t pay attention to the discounts they provided and never used those. Yet, it’s a nice arrangement by West Cliffs resort team 😊

The entire golf resort is well maintained, the house was very clean, tastfully decorated and well maintained. Excellent place to spend your vacation.

It should be obvious to everyone that the resport is a bit remote, so for a bigger variety of restaurants you need to drive 15- 20 min by car. It was no issue for us, but you should be aware of it.

The feeling of solitude, the views, the golf course, the hiking trails, the beach, all the people we came across: the residents and everyone at the restaurant, reception, golf shop and sales office.

There is still construction in several places of the community, but everything that is finished looks spectacular, modern but not cold looking.

Modern, brand new, well equipped, spacious, beach nearby (10 mins walk), friendly and helpful staff, pool

Only 2 restaurants within walking distance, need a car to get there and get to the nearest towns, supermarkets. It does not ruin the vacation, just good to know and be prepared

House new and comfortable.

Ongoing construction site. Some minor housing appliances missing or malfunction (petty for such nice house) such as: entrance carpet (avoid dirt in house), mini-domestic electric (not best quality), missing instructions for fireplace or door entrance, view could be better (maybe after all cranes moved out from horizon), ventilation in bathrooms, support for toilet paper bad positioning (minor stuff).

Great apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing views over the lagoon and ocean.

Nothing negative about the apartment. At the moment (April 24) there is building work going on nearby but it did not disturb us. Just a note.

everything was great. wonderful property . best golf course in Portugal. Everything was new and beautiful.

if you are looking for real estate, stay away from Susan. not very professional, . we walked away unsure what was sold and what was available . but we did learn all about her life and where she lives and what she does every day. definitely ask for someone else to help you.
