The atmosphere was really chill and that helped with how calm this vacation was! We stayed in the building across the road. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The restaurant is cool too. The pool is really small and barely anyone uses it which I don't think is an issue with how easy it is to get to the beach. We would walk to Ferrel to see the restaurants and supermarkets, about 15 minutes away and to the beach, also 15/20 minutes the other way. The price was amazing for the accomodations and we left very pleased! I highly recommend!

The kitchen could have some rethinking on organization but it's not a huge issue as it's easy and affordable to eat out.

We stayed at Malacuna in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, although the hotel also offers several shared accommodation options. If you’re looking for a place where you can meet other travellers, cook your own meals, but also unwind, this is the perfect choice. The hotel features inviting common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen (complete with fridge and freezer), a small swimming pool, and an on-site restaurant. Our room was clean, quiet, and had all the essentials — plus a very comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! From the hotel, it’s just a short walk to the beach and to the charming village of Ferreal, where you’ll find some excellent restaurants.

The only small downside in the room was a slight musty smell. Also, due to the hotel’s policy, towels are not changed for stays of less than three nights, and since the room took a long time to dry out — plus there was no balcony to hang them — it was a bit inconvenient.

This hostel has a very chill and relaxing vibe that fits with the surfing culture of Peniche. I stayed in both a dorm and a private room, and they were both comfortable (moved to a private room due to another guest snoring).

The common kitchen wasn't very clean. I think they should have someone clean it daily and also ensure guests respect the facilities and clean up after themselves. You also have to pay for the coworking space.

Selina Surf hostel is a really great place to meet people and generally just to hangout. You’ll easily make friends here. They have great facilities for working, gyming, surf skating….with really nice private rooms looking over the fields. It almost has hotel standard with hostel vibes 👌. What makes the place particularly good is the staff. Big shout out to Diana, Anderson and Nelson, for helping with anything I needed. The Batman additionally helped me sell my board in 2 hours through his friends. I will definitely be back for a longer coworking stay.

It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but had a car so wasn’t an issue.

Friendly staff, cleaned room, kitchen and overall nice atmosphere- easy to meet people. It was a bit loud in the evening - karaoke or similar. Stayed in a double room and it was spotless

I somehow understood there was a gym / fitness facilities. the loud music from the bar early in the morning doesn’t make much sense to me. there is a “multipurpose room” aka coworkjng space where u charged 12€

my stay at Selina Peniche was an exceptional experience that left a lasting impression. The thoughtful architecture, blending modern design with local charm, created an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The standout feature, however, was the remarkable staff whose friendliness and professionalism added a personal touch to my visit. The communal spaces, thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, provided a perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. Selina Peniche's strategic location allowed for convenient exploration of the surrounding area, enhancing the overall appeal of the stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Selina Peniche to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable accommodation experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Rooms had everything needed plus nice balcony, comfy beds - my son enjoyed the bunkbed. The skate ramp was fun and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, showed the football and staff were excellent. Karaoke was fun as was the live music and great we could take a surfskate class in basement. Interesting to have a tattoo studio on premises.

Could’ve done with more bowls in kitchen. Shame we could only use basement to practice surfakate on Sundays.

This place was such a vibe !! Friendly staff, love the set up outside with cafe, skate ramp and pool, always music playing. Cool art on the walls inside, clean, modern, bed with light, multi-country power adaptor and curtains - always a plus! Close walk to Superlagido supermarket/cafe with pastel de nata, fresh and warm at 7.30am! There aren’t buses so I just got a few cheap Ubers to bus station/port. Thanks so much :)

I like how funky the hostel was. It basically almost had everything, from the restaurant to the surf shop, the tattoo shop and multi purpose room. I like how it had different events everyday and every night. I enjoyed meeting new people during my stay. It made my birthday weekend more special. 😊

The beds were nice and had a curtain and safe inside, there was a lot of space for your stuff and a big bathroom in the dorm. The staff was super chill, joined with the activities (like karaoke night) and there was a nice restaurant with great food next to the hostel!

The dorm was above the restaurant so you could hear the music till late.
