Travelled by car to this location and found adequate on street parking next to the facility. Check in process was quick. Claudia was excellent helping us with restaurant recommendations for dinner. The facility is unique, a converted grocery store in the middle of a quaint neighborhood. Praia do Portinho da Areia do Norte, a scenic shoreline area to explore is about a 5 minute walk away as well as an Aldi grocery store if you need supplies. Included breakfast in the rate was wonderful, freshly made to order by a pleasant employee working the breakfast area.

Room we stayed in was a little difficult. A twin room facing the courtyard unfortunately did not meet our expectations as the beds were hard, shower stall was very tight, and some steps down , then up, then down again to get the room. Choose this place since it was recommended by Secretplaces as a romantic place. Really didn't find that here but was definitely unique.

The location was great, really close to the beach and just a short walk from the town centre where the restaurants were. We were able to borrow bikes free of charge which was really practical and we really enjoyed cycling around. The breakfast was great and freshly made for you, not in a buffet style, which was really nice. They even offered breakfast to-go bags if you couldn't make the breakfast, which was really practical on our final day. The staff were really attentive, and there was always someone present if there was a question or a problem.

The shower in our room wasn't well sealed so water went all over the floor, which was a bit awkward. We informed the staff and they said they knew but were waiting for low season to repair - no problem. It was just a bit awkward to shower, but other than that fine.

A lovely concept of old style being used in a thoughtful way in many details throughout the room. Nice and clean room, unfortunately we stayed only one night, so we couldn’t properly experience other common areas. You can take their bikes to explore (complimentary), staff is great and then we arrive to the best of all - breakfast. Since they are a small B&B they work on a principle of breakfast on demand to reduce the waste, so you choose 5 items from the list and they make these for you. Beware, the portions are big, so eat these first and then you can order more, if needed. Everything was delicious and so much that I skipped the lunch that day. Overall a great experience. Also located quite near the north beach, with stores like Lidl and Aldi in the walking distance too.

Since it’s a renovated old building, it seems like they have some problems with humidity. Also windows facing the street on the road level are not my preference.

Would 100% stay there again. The B&B was as pictured in the photos, the beds were comfortable and the toiletries provided were nice. Every day you get to schedule breakfast - don’t skip that because it was amazing. The staff was very nice, helped us planning our days there, stored stuff for us.

We went in August and there was no air conditioning. Our rooms were on the street level and the first night we slept with the window open and kept getting woken up by car alarms/people. But this was easily solved, the next night I asked them for fans and we all slept like babies with the windows closed - the windows are good at blocking out noise.

The breakfast of 5/5 was great! We loved the choices and being served at a certain time; kept us on schedule for the visit! The hostess was extremely helpful with the facilities and directions to places; we dined on the deck under the stars and it was lovely! Rooms were in the suite; perfect for two couples / family travelling together. Clean, comfy beds and safe walking distance to stores and vistas.

We shared the family room with our kids, but it is definitely nice to stay here with two couples as well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The B&B has different levels and if you stay for a couple of days it's nice to hang out on the terrace. The rooms have modern comfort and the decorations could be coming straight out of Pinterest. The staff is very friendly. For your breakfast you can pick 5 items from a menu. Everything tastes delicious. The offer a toastie that will last you throughout half of the day! Coffee with milk comes in a big mug. So if you need to wake up, choose that over the cappuccino.

We liked the breakfast!!!, staff was extremely helpful, smiling all the time and nice. The building is very nice inside. Free parking on the street, easy check in/out.

Our room was basically in the basement - that was not seen in the pictures. And those are most of the rooms (I think from 1 to 5, check it out before you book). No view from the window, just sidewalk, it is street level and the curtains must be closed so that nobody sees inside. No fridge. You can hear everything from other rooms (luckily we had respectful neighbours).

A lovely B&B in Peniche. We could park the car in front of the house and we’re told to drink something in a little bar with a view on the ocean. How nice was that. Also the restaurant in the evening that was recommended was very nice and the food lovely. A fine breakfast in the morning. Thank you all!

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was also great. There was also a nice outdoor area and they had some stuff available to borrow (bikes, beach rackets, paddleboards, etc). The location is good, approx 20 min by foot from the port and the town centre

The pillows were a little too high for my like,but that was the only thing.

Very beautiful and cozy place with great stuff. Beach is very close. Good location and great suggestions by stuff where to go.

Because of quite small breakfast area you have to book a time when you want to take your breakfast. For us it was not a big deal but this is something that could be improved. Breakfast itself was very good.
