Very comfortable villa, with all needed amenities and top furniture. Spotlessly clean. Nice bathrooms. Reception/maintenance staff were polite and responsive via WhatsApp. We received an upgrade to a villa with a fantastic terrace and view to the ocean, and the beautiful Praia d'El Rey beach just a few steps away (note: the Village is next to the Beachfront complex, at a 4-minute drive from the Village reception). Overall, good value for money.

Mattresses in the single beds were uncomfortable: medium-soft and bouncy from the springs. Most of the adjacent villas weren't occupied, which made the area feel a little creepy after dark (but very good if you like privacy).

The condominium was a self contained house in a quiet resort. Had everything you need for a holiday. The shared pool was a good size for the kids to play in. The house was cleaned twice during our one-week stay.

If you’re not into beach or golf, perhaps not the place to go. There was no food market/ shop close by, so if you need anything you had to drive. If you didn’t have a car, you wouldn’t be able to do much. Being close to the Atlantic, most days were overcast and had mist cover from the sea. The club house didn’t have much atmosphere.

This place is simply stunning! An amazing view of the ocean right next to the beach, you could here the ocean all day long and breathe the fresh air. The house itself had a lot of space and is furnished to a high standard. What I really enjoyed was the eye for detail and the great shower pressure with lots of warm water (not standard in Portugal). The people at reception and in our case Filipa are super friendly and welcomed me in a unique way. I not only received a lot of information about Praia del Rey, but also about the local surf spots, area and Portuguese local tips. Thank you very much, this reception and the communication during my trip was outstanding! The cleaners must be mentioned as well, because the cleaned the place very well and even on one of the days during my stay which I did not expect, but was really happy about. Obrigada, danke & thank you! We will for sure be back - really like Praia D'El Rey. A visit to the Lagune - Lagoa de Obidos, which is only 14 minutes away I can really recommend. There you can do Stand Up paddeling, Kite boarding, surfing or just stroll around the lagune and go for a cool walk. There is a lady called Rachel (www.kitelife.eu) who helped us a lot and showed us around - last time we even saw Flamingos on a Stand-Up-Paddle tour. All in all, I am now even thinking about buying a place in the area - because with the Marriott and the great Praya D'el Rey area and surroundings this is just a perfect little Oasis for families and people of all ages.

I enjoyed everything a lot. The weather is unpredictable so it did rain a bit and for the outside you really need to have flip flops and a rain jacket just in case. The sofa could be bigger, but the huge and comfy chairs made up for it,

Comfortable villa. Great for golf in the area. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff were amazing despite the major power outage that we had (in Spain also) Special mention to Francesco at check in- a very thorough and detailed explanation of the complex and very polite.

No lift so request bottom villa. Unloading luggage was also a little challenging as there are no loading bays but wouldn’t stop is staying here again

As usual, the staff at this property is amazing, they always go above and beyond and that's why my family always comes back to this resort.

We had some problems with noisy guests next door, but that was solved easily with a call to the reception and they transferred our family to a better and calm location. But this was the second time we had this occurrence, I urge the resort to start removing these bad guests from the property if not the same day at least preventing them from returning because this is starting to become a nuisance.

The beach resort team was very helpful, and fast in responding to any question or need. It was a plus that there was a professional management company taking care because there was always someone available. The house was perfect in distribution and spaciousness.

The kitchen didn't really have all the proper amount of china, pans, etc. for 10 people house. The knives were very poor to cook, with few cutting boards, almost no bowls or serving plates, and few pans. If you plan to do cooking there it will be a bit of a stretch.

The shuttle bus around the complex is brilliant. The reception is so helpful for anything you need. The apartment was exactly like the photos and it was very clean. It was in easy reach of all the golf courses by shuttle.

The reception was very good. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The swimming pool was large and there was not too many people.

The house had humidity problems. The bathroom door didn't close very well.

I liked that the apartment was big and clean. Comfortable beds and a large area. There is everything necessary for life, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It was also not noisy and we had the opportunity to sleep.

The minus for us was that we did not pay attention to the fact that this is a separate resort and there are no shops or small cafes nearby. Everything is about 20 minutes away by car.
