PROS : The staff were uberly friendly Location : 5 mins walk to Gopalan Innovation mall and multitude of restaurants Hot water -boiling water even at night time Spacious , even for 3 people Clean Pet friendly Breakfast limited options (South Indian) but most items cooked well - sambhar and coffee were brilliant Room service -food and service was prompt and good Reception team -quick and swift check in and check out process

CONS : Not much options for breakfast inspite of having an outdoor and inhouse restaurant No parking/reservation on site as opposed to whats displayed on the website -overcrowded in the evenings Pavement fully dug up outside the hotel and with vehicles parked right outside the hotel , one tends to miss the hotel completely The door locks for the bathroom were broken , the safe box was broken ,fridge - not working , T.V occasionally worked , the A.C regulator at times was faulty (rainy season so not much of an issue)

Polite staff , clean rooms, all basic amenities available and working, decent sized rooms, location of the hotel close to our point of interest.

The breakfast timing was 0730 to 1030 hrs , when we arrived at 1005 hrs, there was no food left in the buffet and the restaurant staff were disinterested to serve or replenish the item.

Staff is very polite and helpful,,they helped my aged mother , answered my questions quickly and efficiently.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find due to road closures and my cab driver took an additional 15 minutes.

The breakfast was good but not much change from one day to the next. Service was good but food was not very fresh.

The internet worked well only using it for sometime. It can be improved. The room adjacent to our suite was storage room and the noise produced at night moving furniture from there was a botheration.

We had a pleasant stay for a day at Fountain Tree. The room and toilet were clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel were good too. Had dinner and complementary breakfast, which was decent.

There is not enough car parking facility here. Only about 5-6 cars can be parked outside the hotel, which is not covered. Fortunately, we could get one slot. The place is right on a busy intersection, so the road outside the hotel does get crowded at times. However, the overall experience was good.

Location was most suited for me because I had visa interview at vfs Global, Bangalore, which was just walking distance for me. Breakfast was OK.

Rate a little high. No newspaper in room. Main English news channels like India Today, ND TV, etc not available and whatever channels available were primarily tsta sky only.

Rooms very very good. Very clean. All amenities. Excellant restuarant attached but not part of the hotel. Great seafood.

The chair provided in the room. Office chair, very weak. Hydraulics could not support my weight. Finally it broke. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. The fold in the mattress at the centre made sleeping on it very difficult.

excellent location, fairly well maintained rooms, big bathrooms, value for money, good food, non intrusive staff, quick service and overall accommodative for requests like late checkout at a fair price.

My stay was very good. Value for money. Rooms were spacious. Super clean. Restaurant at Ground floor served very tasty food. Staff were polite. I would defo recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very welcoming and friendly They tried to accommodate all our needs and understood the need of the kids and arranged everything like food anytime asked for.The staffs were very down to earth and warm.
