It's a practical business hotel. I really liked how they are providing essentially unlimited drinking water for free. The breakfast buffet is pricey but decent. The restaurant makes nice authentic curries which I loved. There is a gym. The hotel is at the outside of the outer ring road, i.e. to get to the business parks by foot, you need to cross the road. I enjoyed the little adventure, but it might not be for everyone. If you do, you can actually walk to a lot of business parks on the nice and pretty clean side walk with plants.

The hotel is clearly aimed at international travelers who have more purchasing power than locals. That's ok. Still, it gives the constant impression that they want to charge you as much as possible. Prices are not presented in a transparent way, there are hidden fees everywhere. If you ask them to organize an airport shuttle, it will be about 3 times market rate. Yes, I am a business traveler. Yes, I am willing to pay more than locals would. No, I don't want to be ripped off.

Breakfast was delicious and had good verity for north, south and continental menu. Staff serving food was quick in action and serviced special cooked meals at my desk. Guest are served well and very professionally at this hotel. Additionally, Room service was prompt and food served was delicious.

Water sink in bathroom was little less effective and got flooded quickly. No other issue as hotel staff is quick in taking action to ensure guest comfort.

Nice clean hotel great staff and reasonably good food both Breakfast and dinner. Rooms are smaller but they offer all facilities like coffee maker, tea /coffee, dental, shave and other kits on daily basis, 3 liters of filtered water

Small rooms, very costly though i understood the location prominence, to reach and exist towards Sarjapur huge traffic around fly over, however for Bangalore it may be common.

Margareth is amazing! From a personal note, a personal phone call to check if everything's going ok, resolving a billing issue, to catching up at checkout, it was wonderful to see her in action. Overall the staff was extremely courteous.

Price/value for money for a business traveller.

The staff were amicable and courteous. Sharmishta helped with the check-in. She was very professional and friendly at the same time. 10/10 for Sharmishta and the staff at the check-ins.

The curtains did not cover the windows completely. It had a bit of a gap at the side that made me uneasy. Couldn't cover up how much ever I tried pulling.

Location was close to tech parks. Good food , great staff. Have to emphasize on the wonderful staff!! Really top notch hospitality and warmth from the staff, helpful, courteous and informative. WiFi also was good and the complimentary breakfast spread was absolutely tasty and good variety.

The rooms were a bit small, and not enough plug points

Hiya and Poonam were very helpful and ensured the check in / check out was very smooth. Shout out to the guy who helped me when I went to the Novotel beside the previous night.
