Good, quick choices for breakfast. Room had plenty of space. Bed very comfortable. Hotel was quiet throughout the night. Personal note: we left something personal in the room and did not realize it till arriving home 10 hours later. When we contacted the hotel, the items had been found and were being kept in the office. We will just send a postage paid envelope and the hotel staff will gladly send the items to us. That is great service.

As an older person with arthritis and thus trouble with my knees, the toilet is too low and there is nothing close by to hang onto when getting up or down.

The staff is number one:: they always respond immediately. They also cooperate, and work with you. When the water was off overnight on 6/30/24, they gave me options to select what was best for me. I liked that as opposed to telling me what I had to do. Going to Ozark was good for some, but not for me.

Nothing really: I wanted two queen beds as I had two years ago when I visited, but the online locked me in. No big deal.

2nd time staying here on our 1 night stay to Florida. Only place we will stay because it's always clean! Comfortable bed, love having a coffee pot in our room. Great and good choices for breakfast! Indoor pool added bonus for the price. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was the best we’ve ever stayed. The air control was fantastic!! We were able to set it and it stay on the temp we wanted. It was after 9 but they still let my daughter swim in the pool. Very friendly. Great breakfast.

it was convenient, clean, updated inside/but not outside, nice breakfast.

the second floor was HOT when we got off the elevator and our actual room was hot and damp feeling. I turned on the air, and used a fan we brought with us to help circulate the air and after a couple of hours it was livable. the rates were VERY high for comparable rooms but I’m sure it was because of graduation at the university.

Close to the Interstate for our trip to Florida. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was just what we needed for 2 adults and 2 little kiddos. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This was our second stay at this facility. The facility was clean, was quiet and met our needs. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the grits! The serving area for breakfast was clean and the personnel were very pleasant! Tip: Go down before 8 AM to avoid the crowd!

This was our second stay at the facility. The room this time was smaller than our prior room next to the elevator. Attention to housekeeping was not quite as great as the room. These things are not enough to keep us from returning, but housekeeping needs to turn it up a notch. We plan to return at a future date!

Breakfast was outstanding> room was a little pricey but I know that was due to the Troy vs. South Alabama Football game
