It was ok for a continental breakfast. I'm not a breakfast sausage eater. I would have liked a choice of bacon and plain scrambled eggs. Waffles were my choice and fresh fruit. Coffee was very good. Very clean.

Hotter water in shower! Highest I could get it was to a very warm to very light hot,

Did not eat breakfast. Stayed because I was attending funeral of my sister. Staff at check in desk was not trained in what she was doing. Did not seem to know what was going on. This made you have a bad feeling about the whole place but once you got to the room everything was ok.

Staff at desk need more training or replacement.

Staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Food was good and had some variety. Clean facilities, room space and accommodations were adequate.

My room had a jacuzzi tub that appeared to be clean until you turned on the jets and saw a film of dirt debris and what looked like dry skin cells from the previous guest! YUCK!!!

The staff was very friendly. We appreciated the room to "hang out" with friends in the lobby/dining area at the end of the day.

It would have been nice to have a hot tub at the end of a stressful day. All else was super. It was too cold for the pool, so maybe next time.

This hotel was right off the road. We enjoyed using the pool, and having the complimentary breakfast which was delicious! Our room was clean and comfortable, and even though we had a cranky baby with us, we felt well rested after this stay. It was a great start to our trip!

The staff tried to tell us we had a balance due, even though we paid through Booking.com. We didn't end up having to pay anything else, but it was still a bit stressful at the time!

The staff was so friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile . I all ways book my stay with your location in orzark Alabama, Roselena keep up your excellent customer service,also the cleaning staff was excellent greeted me everyday, with smiles!!!

Everything was excellent with my experience I have no complaints.
