We evacuated from Bradenton, FL during Milton for our stay. The staff and Manager, Jess, stayed in communication our entire trip and ensured that our room was secured for when we arrive, even though it was going to be after Midnight. The management and custodial staff were exceptionally kind and understanding to our situation. There was one individual who deserves exceptional credit and that was Ben at the front counter. We lost a tote of 110 Hot Wheels cars during our stay. The following morning after we returned to Florida, Ben called us to say that they found it in the corner of the parking lot! We were ecstatic to say the least and my devastated 8 year old son was the most appreciative of us all. Ben offered to ship them back to us if we provided a label which we were more than happy to do. Ben even took it to the UPS Store on his own personal time after his shift to make sure we received the package. Ben went above and beyond and I will never forget his kindness to us!

The pool was very cold and cloudy from multiple users. You couldn't see deeper than the first 8 inches of water. This was my only complaint of our entire almost week long stay.

They always treat me like I’m home. I had to make several trips to Florida this summer; some just days apart. I was recognized after my first stay! Granted I usually showed up late in the evening. The rooms are clean and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and the area kept clean. The coffee is always hot and good. I get regular upgrades and LOVE registering in advance online.

Parking is dicy

I Loved the indoor pool. Did get to use the pool one night. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was very good and I love the lemon water. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

My only complaint was the room door. It was very difficult getting the door to open. I didn't want to go down in the pool because I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to open the door again.

I was a solo traveler and at the time I was very sick the manager and three maids were concerned about me, they offered to take me to the hospital wow you could not ask for anything more from the staff. I finally made it home two days later and got help. I should’ve took them up on their offer because I only got sicker the farther I went. I want to thank them all they were outstanding.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Price was really good compared to others in the area. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Had a problem with using the key card to get into the room, but they said they are waiting for new locks to come in. No major issues at all. Have stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks. Will stay again.

Close to a couple of restaurants. Walking distance to Longhorn Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel.

Toilet tank did not refill after flushing so we had to take the lid off every time we flushed and mess around with the float. However, we mentioned it to the front desk when we left so hopefully not an issue for the next guest.

Check in was quick and easy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Did not like having to ask for extra towels and washcloths. Bare minimum was in the bathroom. Pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable, but that is also a matter of personal preference. To some, they are probably perfect.

Kalisa went way out of her way to help us after we left. We left a pillow and called her that evening to see of it could be found. She found it later that night and let us know so that our daughter could pick it up. Many, Many Thanks for the Superior Customer Service!!!!!!!!

Ice machine was broken on first floor. Morning coffee machine was broken. At 5:00 am the dumpster’s directly outside our window were picked up causing us to be awakened.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and roomy. Staff were very helpful.

The keyboard reader on door was not operating properly. The card would get stuck in the reader and had to removed with another card with tape on it provided by staff.
