We were evacuated in Tampa and had to come up to Dothan, Alabama. Upon arrival at 3:00 in the morning on Tuesday they did not have no rooms available because everybody from Florida was coming in. It took them till 11:00 to get us a room. We slept in the parking lot but the house cleaner named Tori was so sweet. She actually got me in my room sooner than others because I have my little one with me. She was the only one that went out of her way to get it done. Staying there for 2 days. The housekeepers were very excellent in helping us with everything. If anybody deserves a raise or recognition would be Tori in the housekeepers people and the person that made the breakfast.

The front service desk guy was rude and not friendly. And acting like we were an issue for being there. All the florida people were there trying to escape Milton the hurricane. And we didn't know if we were going back to a home or not and he acted like we were an issue for being at this hotel. When the fact is some of us might have gone back home without having a home but the housekeepers and the lady that made the breakfast was so compassionate and understanding and wonderful to everybody there. And Tori was Excellent

The room was a good size as my disabled Aunt had a mobility scooter. The beds were comfy. There was a roll in shower for her needs. The breakfast was good.

We had to wait for the room to be cleaned at check in, due to a housekeeping shortage. No shower bar to hang the shower curtain they gave us, so the floor got soaked. Dog barking relentlessly in the next room, until the lady came back after she was called about it. This happened a few times, whenever the lady left, the dog barked until she came back.

High level of overall cleanliness. Property was well maintained.

Front entry staff was a little slack. They should have always been manning the front counter for security purposes. Food staff was also a little slack as the breakfast area was not fully stocked with 30 minutes left before the end of the breakfast period l. Also, the pancake machine didn’t work.

Overall property well maintained and professional friendly staff. Great breakfast too!

The child size commodes in the bathroom. You need comfort height!!

The Front desk and on duty manager was exceptional. They were helpful and location was.great and all shopping and restaurants were in close proximity. The hotel was clean and smelled good in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The elevator was not working properly was working with loud noises.

No matter what city I go, IHG is always the same!

The grout in the shower was missing and some of the bottom of the shower was chipped off. Also there was mold on the back of the bathroom door

The desk clerk was so nice! Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was sufficient for our family's overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

Pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it. Bathroom floor wasn't super clean.

I loved one of the top ladies that cleaned room. Very professional. Easy check in & location

I didn't like the fact the sheets wasn't clean. Had to changed them soon as I arrived. Water in sink wouldn't go out
