I had a wonderful experience at this location. I must say I was hesitant after reading the google reviews but decided to give it a chance and I am so glad that I did. This place is very clean and I was more than pleased with my room. As I opened the door to my room I was amazed at how roomy it was. I entered the room looking for flaws in the cleaniness and couldn't find anything. Whoever is in charge and responsible for the housekeeping is doing a great job!! My hat is off to you!! Thank you to that individual for a great experience at home 2 Suites!! I will stay at the property again. This is my new home away from home. Keep up the amazing work!! All the staff was very nice!

Everything was great during my stay. When I checked in the first person I encountered was a very nice lady by the name Jennifer. She was very polite and courteous to my wife and I. Later on during our stay that same lady went out of her way to make sure that everything was to our liking and that we had everything that we needed. I'm assuming that she is part of management because I overheard her speaking to some of the ladies that were cleaning some empty rooms and she spoke to them with the same politeness and they seem to have lots of respect for her. I will definitely stay again as long as that nice lady is still there.

Your staff is Awesome. The evening guy at the front desk was amazing. He was very professional and very accommodating. We needed extra towels and he was very kind and efficient. He honestly made us feel safe coming in and out of the hotel at night. Ms. Tee was amazing, professional, and very hospitable. She is an asset. She made sure we had what we needed and wanted. If it wasn't there, she made sure it was replenished and made sure you received it. The young lady on Sunday Morning at the desk very beautiful, courteous, and professional. We are from NC. First time in Alabama, and the staff made it very welcoming, safe, clean, and with great personalities. My mom and I felt right home. We definitely appreciate your great service, and we will recommend your beautiful hotel and the staff to everyone.

We have stated this property several times because it’s always awesome. We love that it’s pet friendly it’s clean and the staff is always the best. 

The carpets in room 219 that we stayed in could really use a deep cleaning. They didn’t appear dirty, but they were too grimy to walk on barefoot. And our TV would not pick up hardly any channels every channel we wanted to watch said it was off air.

Check in was fast, easy. The location, the size of the room, the kitchenette in the room was nice to have. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast each morning was the same but plenty of it for everyone. Breakfast attendant kept it clean and stocked and made us feel so welcome.

The first room we were located on the 4th floor and under the rooftop HVAC unit. We could hear it turning on and off all night long which kept us awake. We requested a room change and were accommodated in a very timely manner.

The fresh waffles was the best part of the breakfast.

The breakfast was very little to be desired, it would be nice if you had a hot breakfast with choices, maybe fresh fruit. The cleaning service never did check on the room, replace towels, or empty the trash.

Breakfast was nice but the cook was very rude and when we said something to the manager she act as if it was nothing and we come every year to this hotel. Very disappointed.

She could have a better attitude when you ask her a question about anything she got smart and had an attitude.

I like a nice roomy suite as compared to a regular room.

The room shade didn't work properly, but I was able to deal with it. The breakfast was mediocre, but the attendant was very nice & helpful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The rooms and the lobby as well. Breakfast was good and the staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dothan. It was asp centrally located to restaurants and 2 malls.

Wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner. No butter at breakfast and breakfast help not helpful. They were late opening for breakfast too.
