Hotel staff was very helpful to Hurricane evacuees. They obviously had to act quickly to accommodate a full hotel on such short notice. Rooms surprisingly quiet. Pets allowed & close to Starbucks & food options Starbucks opens @ 4:30 am & doesn’t close till 8 pm Hotel staff were very helpful, professional & available when needed Beds were comfortable & good cotton sheets

Hurricane Helene Some visitors with pets failed to pick up dog business which made the responsible pet owners unhappy. The hotel provides convenient plastic bags& a designated dog area to address this scenario. However, they can’t be expected to run out there & police everyone walking their dog Shame on jerky irresponsible pet people

The hotel manager and staff were so nice and friendly. They were respectful and told us of different great places to eat at. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great. The maids were friendly every morning we were there. If we needed anything, they were quick to help us. We will be staying here when we go back on vacation.

The staff was super nice and accommodating, especially considering we were evacuating from a hurricane with kids and pets. Our initial room AC was very loud and they IMMEDIATELY changed our room to a quieter one next door with no issues. It was very pet friendly, dog stations set up nearby and Starbucks directly across the street...will definitely book again.

Beat all other places by almost $60, so great value. Not something I would want to hang out all week in, but it was a nice stay. There is a Mexican Restaurant that shares a parking lot with hotel so that could be a great option for dinner.

Breakfast is included. It is just a bag to go. Contained nut bar, yogurt, Danish, and a bottle of water. If you are wanted a bit more, you should go elsewhere for breakfast. The price of hotel more than makes up for this, but something you should be aware.

The value

Staff kncking on our door at 8 am asking if we were checking out. House keeping has done this any time I've stayed here. Check out is at 11am. housekeeping should not be knocking on your door before then. This was a disruption of my sleep and made me angry. There were no do not disturb signs to hang on our door. We were not happy

We did not eat breakfast at the Red Roof because it was located close to all our favorite restaurants.

When I made the reservation I thought I was getting a a suite with two Queen beds and a little more space. At first it was disappointing, but the room turned out to be adequate for what we needed so we just made do with the room we had and didn’t complain to the manager. Overall, I was quite satisfied with our stay and the staff was very friendly.

Clean room And comfortable. Large counter space around sink for bathroom items. Curtains could be more light blockening, but that was no issue.

Shower was the only thing I was kind of iffy about. Stained around the mat, and the shower curtain would not stay closed, so floor got wet. Also, there wasn’t good water pressure, which doesn’t bother me but it does some people.

It was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchenette.

The TV remote did not work. We called, and a staff member turned it on at the TV, but did nothing about the remote. We had to use a flashlight to see the little black buttons on the side of the TV to change channels.

The pillows were awesome! Room was clean with no unnecessary frills. Good location and safe. Safety amenities such as door locks were good. Also convenient to many businesses.

It appears to be an old motel. No frills.

It was close to my event and restaurants were very close.

The first room wasn’t cleaned so I was giving a second room and it was smoky. But the third room was nice. I would have loved it if it was a suite but none was available.
