They had recently updated the property and it was pretty nice overall. Our regular king room was very spacious with a nice comfortable sofa & ottoman which we like. The sink area was updated and is separate from the shower & toilet which we also like. Decor was nice.

The bed wasn’t comfortable because you rolled to the middle. The shower looked very worn like it was either not updated with the rest of the room or it was cheaply done.

The availability of a room last minute!

It’s a Marriott, and it was nice. A few things need updating and the TV was horrible - slow interface and no Netflix without signing in, plus it was buggy and we couldn’t get to the sign in screen. The remote was dirty.

I liked that Starbucks was down stairs. I liked that it was perfectly positioned to be around the best shopping spots. Lastly, the food there was astronomical. It was out of this world.

I didn't like that no matter how I ordered from the Starbucks there, my order was always wrong. It tasted good so I didn't bother being upset. Truth be told that's really it, I loved our stay otherwise.

The service and assistance I received from Tori were exceptional. She made sure I received my points for my stay, which in the past stays no one has asked nor mentioned the rewards program since my initial sign up.

Really clean and close to downtown

Room service never came. Over two days this seemed strange. Wasn’t the best coming back to an unmade bed and towels on the floor

I had mixed up my reservations and she was able to get us booked for that night.
