Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and enjoyed the lemon water in the entry area.

If your definition of a suite is a larger than normal room then you nailed it. But most suites have a separated section where you can relax and watch TV ( the one chair really didn’t cut it) and then an area for the bedroom. There was no attention to details: Room was freezing, plus it had all tiled floor. A few more pictures, and throw rugs by the bed would have gone along way to making it a more relaxing atmosphere. Also start the bathroom with a full roll of toilet paper so your customer does not need to call for more or ration it! Change out your shower curtain!

We evacuated from Bradenton, FL during Milton for our stay. The staff and Manager, Jess, stayed in communication our entire trip and ensured that our room was secured for when we arrive, even though it was going to be after Midnight. The management and custodial staff were exceptionally kind and understanding to our situation. There was one individual who deserves exceptional credit and that was Ben at the front counter. We lost a tote of 110 Hot Wheels cars during our stay. The following morning after we returned to Florida, Ben called us to say that they found it in the corner of the parking lot! We were ecstatic to say the least and my devastated 8 year old son was the most appreciative of us all. Ben offered to ship them back to us if we provided a label which we were more than happy to do. Ben even took it to the UPS Store on his own personal time after his shift to make sure we received the package. Ben went above and beyond and I will never forget his kindness to us!

The pool was very cold and cloudy from multiple users. You couldn't see deeper than the first 8 inches of water. This was my only complaint of our entire almost week long stay.

Not a Thing LOVED This Hotel.

The breakfast was very nice! Adequate choices and very clean! Our room was huge! We had a handicap room and it was helpful for my husband.

Only 1 issue and 1 suggestion. After driving 10 hrs, getting in and ready to rest: to be awakened at 6 am with a dumpster pickup, right outside our window, was not a positive experience!🥲 2nd: the luggage trolleys to transport bags are in terrible shape!! For older folks, nearly a hazard! But everything else was totally fine!!

Bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The room was clean. The TV was confusing, but hey, we in our late 70's and don't really like today's technology. Breakfast was awesome. Even though we came a little late. A great selection was had and left very satisfied. Will recommend this place 100%. Thank you, Comfort Inn.

I thought I saw mold, but the cleaner reassured me it was not and she arrived quite fast to our room.

It was very relaxing, comfortably and prices within reason.

At breakfast this morning, the coffee was out. When I told the woman in charge of the breakfast, I got a " Yeah,Yeah!". She a visiting and laughing instead of doing her job. Socializing is good for the business, but attention to detail in a job is what you get paid for. Not socializing. Just saying.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was friendly and asked if there was anything they could do better. They wrote down our suggestions and said it will be given to management. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was fantastic!

I mentioned the lighting in the bathroom was not very good. The clerk made note of that.

They always treat me like I’m home. I had to make several trips to Florida this summer; some just days apart. I was recognized after my first stay! Granted I usually showed up late in the evening. The rooms are clean and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and the area kept clean. The coffee is always hot and good. I get regular upgrades and LOVE registering in advance online.

Parking is dicy

I Loved the indoor pool. Did get to use the pool one night. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was very good and I love the lemon water. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

My only complaint was the room door. It was very difficult getting the door to open. I didn't want to go down in the pool because I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to open the door again.

I was a solo traveler and at the time I was very sick the manager and three maids were concerned about me, they offered to take me to the hospital wow you could not ask for anything more from the staff. I finally made it home two days later and got help. I should’ve took them up on their offer because I only got sicker the farther I went. I want to thank them all they were outstanding.
