The staff at Best Western were professional, kind, and caring. The front desk was very helpful when we needed an extra room. they were able to put us together in adjoining rooms. We were in town for a funeral and they were very accommodating. The breakfast changed daily. It starts at 6 and ends at 9. They always had biscuits and waffle batter along with eggs and some kind of breakfast meat every day. One of the things I appreciated was when it was after 9 the lobby did not smell like eggs. The housekeeping staff lovely, especially Miss Blue not only gave us extra towels and shampoo she told us how to get the towels replaced and trash removed without having them in the rooms. We try to always stay at a Best Western when we travel.

The hotel itself is showing it's age. There is little water pressure on the third floor. I am moblitiy challenged and the floors in the shower and the bathroom get a little slick. There is some minor maintenance that needs to be done, but every hotel has these issues.

The Breakfast was very well done with some variety depending upon the day. I had people on diets and finicky eaters and they all found something to eat. The location is a quiet area next to a neighborhood across the street with businesses along the way on the same side of the street. It is located very well with numerous restaurants within 2 miles of its location. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This hotel is pet friendly so be careful when you reserve your room if anyone is allergic to cats or has asthma. I had to change some of my arriving families rooms at the last minute because of this. The staff handled the issue quickly with no drama.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Try the biscuits. They're the bomb! The breakfast associate was very friendly and personable.

We told the man at the front desk when we checked in that it was our daughter's birthday. He did not say happy birthday. He just said "oh". Lacking customer service skills. The hotel had a weird smell when we walked in. But our room smelled fine.

This is stopping point after a 14 hour long drive. Location is perfect for us, along with accommodations. Specifically breakfast, as we are not in the right motivation for anything, and it's nice to just wake up and have a hot meal available to us.

Sometimes when we come, the certifications for the elevator are lapsed or about to lapse. It seems we come right around renewal date, and sometimes the elevator isn't working at all, and then we are on the 3rd floor. Which isn't ideal. I just worry about the safety of the elevator when we are here, as it's quite noisy.

There were areas of house keeping not paid attention to. My toilet seat was so loose it wouldn’t stay in place. If you are cleaning it, it should be noticed. Screw loose in shower and old ice cream in refrigerator and food behind tv desk and one role of tissue for five people

Everything!!! Checkin was fast and easy, everything was pretty and clean and the staff was so amazing and friendly the whole time we were there! Room was clean n comfy, the pool was so fun for the kids. They had an amazing breakfast too. It was such an enjoyable stay we will definitely be back

I don't have anything I really just didn't like but if I had to choose anything it would be upgrades on the beds. I like mine to be really soft n squishy n theirs is a little firmer or maybe older then I'm use to and the mattress on the pull out couch really needs an upgrade but it wasn't too bad to say we didn't like it.

great room, very spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were nice.

we did have road noise, but nothing could be helped in that matter. I would have loved a shower, but tub/shower was ok. I feel there should have been a handrail in the tub, cause floor was a degree of slippery.

We did not have breakfast because we left before it was being served. It does not start until 7am on the weekend but we took coffee to go. It was good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did not check in until about 11pm due to travel delays and everyone was very helpful and quick when we checked in.

Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable.

The Internet went out in the middle of the night and no one seemed too concerned about it. I went down at 4 AM was working and the person at the desk didn’t seem to know much about getting it up and running.

Breakfast was good. I liked that they offered different food on different days, so you aren't having the same thing for numerous days. I wish the hotel had a way of letting people know ahead of time that there was a great food place right next door.

Toilet ran constantly. We let the front desk know that they should add that to the maintenance request.
