Everything was clean and nice, hotel staff were quick to help and almost always available right when you need them (during business hours). The dishwasher and silverware were very nice, everything needed to make your own meals.

No pool. They were cleaning, sealing, and painting the sidewalks when we stayed, and the smell of paint was powerful. That was in late may, they will be done with that by the beginning of June surely. Couldn't get just coffee filters, had to get the whole set in order to get them. Phone did not work.

Was very quiet and comfortable, we appreciated that being on the road all day and being as tired as we were. Very spacious compared to regular hotel rooms we've stayed in. We will definitely stay with you again.

The disabled entry shower splashed water all over the bathroom floor.

I loved the overall stay everything looked EXACTLY like the pics and it really gave me the home feel. Will definitely be back!

Minimal issues: unseen dog hair on the floor until seen on my socks, definitely not sound proof but nothing bothersome, didn’t realize medium sized cobweb in the corner of the ceiling of room til a tiny critter was trying to make an appearance, and water was nice and hot but the water pressure was not strong.

The floors we not cleaned and sticky. The floors haven't been cleaned for weeks. My kids walked around with their socks on but quickly got super black and filthy from the floor.

There was no dish towel in the kitchen; one coffee packet for 3 people for 3 days; one small bar of soap about the size of a half dollar for 3 people for 3 days; minimum kitchen utensils. The room itself was very nice and we enjoyed the spaciousness for a “hotel” room. Also the security for entrance to the facility was appreciated; we felt safe.

I usually do not rate hotels, but this was great! It looked just like the pictures. Very nice!!! The air will freeze you which is great!! The staff was very friendly. We had a room on the second floor. I wasn’t unaware that there was no elevator, but he moved us down stairs when I told him that I had a child in a wheelchair.

Didn't like that the room smelled like a dog. 1st floor. I was informed that they normally put customers with animals in the 1st floor. I think they should inform you at checkin . I hope that they will keep the 2nd floor as a nonanimal floor. I'm not a pet owner and have allergies. The young man at the front desk did move me to another room. I appreciate that.

Great setup and perfect for travel baseball weekends. You can cook out at the grill or inside, which saves money from having to eat out.

The office is not 24/7. we were not aware of this and almost were not able to check-in. I think there is an online check-in maybe. Hope they start making it well known to people in the future.
