The area was nice and clean the lot was lit up nicely. The front desk staff once at the counter was professional and nice. The breakfast area was clean however it was not easy to know where to take items once finished or trash can. We did find that but was in the back away from our seating. So perhaps a sign or something to direct us what to do and where to take our dirty dishes.

Check in process was ok staff was outside so there was a short wait. Once we got to the room there were some issues with cleaning. Spots on mirror, hair in shower, a napkin over a sensor and what looked to be a booger on the sink. I do have pictures of all if requested. The bed was made but wondered if was done by new staff. The sheets looked clean so we did crash since we stopped due to be exhausted and not being able to drive further so this was not a planned in advance reservastion. The breakfast the next morning was ok. The gravy was low and what was left was sticking/burning in the crock pot and there was no meat sausage or bacon at the time we ate. I did find that odd.....

It was beautiful and the staff were exceptional!! We stayed at TownePlace for our anniversary weekend and we told the staff and they surprised us with ballons, a card, and chocolate roses. They really made our day and made us feel like family! Clyde and Sarah are the best hands down! We most definitely will be back and tell our friends about this wonderful establishment.

This place was nicely decorated. A laundry for guests to use, breakfast was great with a few hot options and every toppi g for oatmeal you can imagine, awesome coffee for us coffee snobs. Location perfect for shopping and dining out. A lovely outdoor gas firepit to end the evening. Off the busy road to get in a few steps before hitting the road again.

Very nice place, decor and cleanliness was great and up to standards for just a quick stay in my opinion and would recommend it with the facilities and restaurants around you.

The front desk person was a bit rude and didn't even ask me who I was or what I was there for, she immediately told me my room was ready when I literally called her minutes before and she said it was ready. VERY unprofessional, DONT ASSUME.

Check in was easy to check in with very friendly staff. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but did not affect us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The only reason I did not give hotel a 10 was because of breakfast. Supposed to start at 6am, but we arrived downstairs at 6:25 and most of the dishes weren't ready. Cereal was stale. Coffee was not good either.

Everyone was so friendly and proud of their job! They were hard workers and kept everything so clean! Breakfast was awesome! From check in to leaving, it was a GREAT Experience ❤️❤️❤️

This is an excellent hotel, from the desk clerk, to the cleanliness of the entire property, down to the amenities in the room and the delicious breakfast! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

It was all good!

Very nice staff, l9ved that water and coffee was available all day, very clean. Loved the patio with the fire pit. Safety was great.

Mattress on the bed was not comfortable..

It was in a good location right off our route. The staff was very friendly.

The bathroom, specifically the shower was dirty and a piece of the tile was gone and not sure if it was dirt or mold.

The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, neat, and very maintain. We absolutely loved the breakfast that was offered during our stay. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
