Spacious room. Well equipped kitchen. Stylish decor. Good location. No funky smells throughout. Good coffee in lobby..

Stains on armchair. Unidentified noise throughout whole night sounded like could have been AC"S on roof. We were on top floor. Only two sets of towels, an extra set would have been nice.. Toilet paper holder too far away..I didn't see anywhere prior to booking on the booking portion that there was an additional $50.00 incidental charge. I saw it on otherhotel and booking sites, but I didn't find it when I booked this room even though I looked for it. Told it takes about 9 days for it to be returned to my account .

Beautiful new hotel. Extremely clean! Bed was very comfortable, room was immaculate. Were given a first floor room which was very nice. Option to purchase variety of food to microwave. There is no breakfast, but they do have coffee and tea available. The coffee was wonderful. Very unexpected because it comes from a machine. The desk staff was fine. Not overly friendly but ok. They do have an incidental fee of $50 for breakage. It will be refunded in 10 business days. Room has a complete kitchen. Full size fridge.

Staff at desk when we checked in could have been a little more pleasant. She was ok. Just not super friendly.

New property, very clean, nice location; restaurants nearby.

When we arrived no one at front desk; guests were waiting to check in; they had been waiting approximately 15 minutes, note was left saying I’ll return but no time of return; so we left and got supper and came back. We had asked for rooms close together, clerk said they try to accommodate you if they can, hotel was not full she didn’t even look to see if she could; we were on separate floors; we were traveling with a widow who was nervous being alone. Next morning got up to shower neither room on separate floors had towels, called attendant graciously brought towels. Went to make coffee there was only coffee for 1 person. This is a lovely hotel that needs to work out a few problems.

Everything was great nice rooms and very nice staff this is our third time staying here they had 24 hour coffee ☕ and I really enjoyed having a place to prepare meals

The only thing that I didn't like was the reservation said 3:00 check in and the hotel said it was 4:00 check in so we had to wait a hour before we could check in and one other thing the pull out sofa Sleeper was awful you was sleeping on springs sofa Sleeper mattress needs to be updated to something better

One of the staff was really helpful during our checkin.The front desk person(I believe her name was Tika)worked really hard in getting our room ready after a mistake caused by someone else. She is a real asset to your company and a hard worker. She was a joy.

Didnt like that they didn't have a breakfast.

Nice comfortable king-size bed. The room was really clean and nice kitchenette. The bathroom was really clean, and a big walk-in shower.

The only problem was for my wife she is short, and her arms are short. The toilet tissue was almost out of her reach.

Spacious very well equipped very new mostly very clean. Staff nice!

There was something on the lamp shade, which looked like a bugger. Coffee pot hard to pour from. Bed firmer than I like, but I am picky a memory foam topper would be nice.

I did not see any breakfast at 7:00AM. The room was very clean. The curtain was broken and did not cover the window. Its in a great location. The staff was very nice.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very quiet & cozy

My only complaint was the water in the shower didn’t get very hot

The rooms were spacious and clean! Lots of extras with the kitchen. LOVED IT!

It was loud! We were there for a baseball tournament and although I'm sure our kids attributed to some of the noise, you could hear every little thing.
