Loved the location and how close it was to everything. Glad it accommodated us needing to bring our puppy.

The pillows were just too soft and you sunk in them with no support. Of course, no bed is as comfy as your own.

Location was convenient to local restaurants and retail. Hotel restaurant/bar was convenient.

Prices at the restaurant/bar were a little steep. I paid double what I paid the night before at the Mexican restaurant across the street.

Everything was perfect. I was able to choose which floor I preferred. The room was nice and spacious and clean. My family was very comfortable during our stay here. WE LOVED IT. My husband left some important property in the room and after contacting the service desk they safely stored our property and communicated next steps without a hassle. Definitely will be staying here again. ALL STAFF was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and near many restaurants and not far from stores and shopping areas.

My husband went to get extra towels and waited approximately 10 minutes as no one was at the front desk. Others clearly had been waiting longer to no avail. I had to return 20 minutes or so later to get what we needed after he got frustrated with the wait and no communication regarding a workers whereabouts.

Very clean. I liked that there was gym, pool, bar and on site laundry. Staff was present and attentive unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Loved that there was a mirror in front of the desk and the closet. Having a fridge and microwave is nice.

Everyone says the breakfast is great but my pancakes were stale. Almost like they were reheated from the day prior. For $10 I could’ve went somewhere with better coffee and more selection. Also don’t know if this was only my room but no tub, just a stand up shower. The tv in the room wasn’t a smart tv so I couldn’t login to any streaming services.

Rooms are clean and nice ! We had left clothes in the closet and called Alicia who helped instantly and got our clothes ! I would definitely recommend it to stay here !! 🙂

Resturant food was very good. Snacks/drinks available for purchase was handy.

Coffee maker did not brew. Had to go to desk for extra toilet paper.

The staff was excellent, establishment was clean,and very well kept.....food was very well prepared, and the cook was skilled ,ever meal can out to perfection

I thought when I booked the reservation it was free breakfast but I got the cold breakfast and it was delicious. The lady that assisted was sweet.

The breakfast could have been included. Wifi was flawless. The grounds was very well kept. Beds were very comfortable.

Receptionist at check-in was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee in lobby was good

There was some mold around the tub/shower. Coffee made with machine in room was undrinkable.
