Location of hotel was very convenient short distance to Troy University which was hosting the Middle School SEUS Clinic and Honor Bands. The service staff were friendly and helpful.

The mini fridge did not stay on the whole time due to a switch on the inside which you could choose to either cool for 2 hours or turn off for. . .I can't remember how long. Anyway, I'm diabetic and my insulin needed to be constantly refrigerated. I ended up keeping it on ice in the ice bucket, which was a little inconvenient.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Thought there would be breakfast but there was not. Prices in bar were way to high.

The Manager and staff were so friendly and eager to please! We loved the food, which was prepared and cooked fresh to order! The cleaning staff was friendly and always asked if we needed anything. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The maintenance was a little lacking. The bedroom TV was missing, however, we were compensated for that with some complementary breakfast coupons. Also missing were remote batteries and some light bulbs. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were available, but had been taken off the mounting on the wall.

We were very happy with our stay. The facilities were in very good condition & well taken care of. Everyone from the desk clerk to the barissta to the housekeeping staff were exceptional! During check-in, their wi-fi went down, which caused them to not be able to activate the room keys. Therefore, they had to unlock each guests' room to get in & then again if you left & returned. It was definitely a tense situation, but the staff went above & beyond to make sure that we were well accommodated and had all of our needs meet. The staff went above & beyond during this time & never broke a sweat. We certainly appreciated all their effort & will definitely stay when we are next in the area.

The Cafe does not take cash, which, if you're just getting a coffee, it has to be charged. Also, breakfast is not included unless you pay an additional fee, which we did, but the breakfast selection is EXTREMLY limited! I'm talking about avocado toast, a breakfast sandwich, or a breakfast bowl are the choices. I'd like to see this menu be expanded for the extra cost that we pay. Otherwise, there is a Waffle House directly across the street.

The happy hour was awesome. The Bar Attendant was was very expereienced and the prices are very good. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the lounge.

The breakfast service. The Cook definitely could use more help. Thr food took a while to prepare for a family of six. Coffee served was strong, did not taste like Starbucks. The rooms were down the hall from each other. 106, 110 and 131 Rooms. Some of the breakfast menu items were not available. Check in process could have been friendlier.

The hotel was clean and ni e the bartender was fun as a group of us sat and he talked to us as he gixed our drink .,

There was a group of people out side around cars drinking and Bri g loud at night

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my visit. The room was very nice.

The beds were very comfortable. The temperature of the room very comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator in the room.

The towel bar in the bathroom looked as if it was going to fall off the wall. I did not like the pillows on the bed.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich to take with me, right before I checked out. The menu said it contained arugula and avocado along with egg and bacon. There was no arugula or avocado. If I pay 12 dollars for a breakfast sandwich it should have everything on it like stated.
