The room was very clean ,and had plenty of room wasn't closed in feeling.. parking was convenient ,and the locations was the best right in the middle of everything.. stores and restaurants everywhere...

The only thing I can complain about is the smell.. it was clean and looked wonderful but it smelled like a hospital.. like it was clean and disinfected...

veryquiet and comfy. Came down to troy to move my son from apt to townhouse and slept very well. easy check in and out. i have stayed several times and every time is pleasant.. The lady at check in was super sweet and helpful, wish all places had her as the first face you see..

nothing it was great and when in the area I will stay again...

Front desk are truly kind ladies. They are helpful and knowledgeable about surroundings. We were displaced by our house burning down. Red Cross suggested them and rightly so.

That the bathroom needed more attention, prior guests left their hair everywhere. It also it had pet odors. Don't get me wrong, I love pets, just not the smell in their absence .

remodel was nice, but attention to detail in the bathroom could have been better.

the shower faucet was loose and there were barely enough towels.

The staff is always very accomidating to my drivers. We use this hotel a good bit for on coming drivers. They are always impressed with the breakfast and the kind staff.

Size of the room & location.. Desk Manager was very likable..

Crumbs in the bed.. crumbs/seeds in the furniture & shower had like sand debri in it. Should be less in cost.( laundry looking suspect tho..

We didn't eat breakfast because our party didn't get up early enough, but all we saw available was cereal. Not to say that was all, but we chose not to get up early enough to try it.

One room was clean, but one smelled weird

The pool was cloudy and did not seem to be balanced with chemicals. There was a bad smell by the ice machine.

Definitely the 3 beds room. It was perfect for my family and I.

The waffle dispenser needed some fixing. Other than that, everything was good
