Nice comfortable room. Nice public bath. Nice reception and restaurant area (breakfast). Nice large terrace with Mt. Fuji view (except for a badly placed utility pole disturbing the view)

The road going towards Almeria was not properly marked with signs pointing to the property. I had some difficulty finding it. Also, the telephone number for Almeria listed at Booking.com went unanswered, so I was not able to contact to ask for directions. The price was very high, and the breakfast charge should be included, and not charged separately. (However it was a reasonable price (JPY 1500) for the nice & tasty breakfast served with a beautiful presentation.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Asahigaoka Park near Lake Yamanaka, and you can see Mount Fuji just by opening the window in the room. Originally, check-in was available before 10 p.m., but due to our itinerary, we communicated in advance and arrived at the hotel almost at midnight. We are thankful for the owner's patience in waiting for us. The hotel is fully equipped with a communal hot spring bath, and the rooms have high ceilings, which completely eliminates any sense of oppression. It's worth mentioning the breakfast, which was exquisitely presented and tasted great. When leaving, the owner helped us book a taxi and communicated our destination to the driver in advance, making our journey smooth.

We really like the private onsen it was very relaxing and very clean, the hotel is new and our room was perfect, we also like the staff they are really friendly , the hotel is very clean , the foods are great we loved it , the plan was to stay just for a night, but we really loved it in here then we extend our stay again for another night. The welcome drinks and fruits everything was perfect .

Everything! The staff were fabulous when we first arrived, with snacks and drinks offered to us and our bags carried to our rooms. Breakfast was great, the option of a free private onsen and being able to have a drink at the bar each night. The room was absolutely stunning as well. Cannot fault and will definitely stay here again.

It's a little far from anything if you are not there with a car. Their restaurant is also inflexible, very expensive and the portions are tiny.

Lovely place to relaxing. Every staffs are friendly polite and great service. My little son love this place so much. There is two private onsen. They are so nice. The hotel is so beautiful.
