The rooms were spacious and comfortable, The bed was soft and comfortable, even with 4 people in the room it didn't feel crowded. Close proximity to a lot of major spots. Accommodating staff.

The bathrooms, especially the toilets weren't clean, the toilet seat was too low, no water pressure in the shower, hand shower, made it difficult to clean sand from the beaches. The waster wasn't clean and transparent it was yellow.

It was next to my visiting hotel, saved time

Location is close to beaches. Room size was good. Scooty was also available at the hotel itself at reasonable price. Don't go early to the hotel as their checkin time is 13:00. We reached by an early train so had to wait for few hours before the rooms were provided although we hired taxi and went to Anjuna beach which is nearby. Breakfast is homely and provided after 10:00 am.

Stairs are too steep almost impossible to climb after having a few drinks. The staff doesn't help in carrying luggage so you have to carry yourself. Staff is very rude. Owner seems to be a nice person but he drives an auto rikshaw so mostly he is not available. There is no intercom phone so everytime u have to go down those scary stairs to reception which is mostly empty. Water will be provided after much efforts (that's when I was shouted upon by the staff).

bathroom are not well maintained. and there is no bath towel and soaps are available. the location is not very well and car parking is not available

No intercom in the hotel to connect with housekeeping, the housekeeping time was only 11-4 pm. Restaurant is open only from 12pm to 5pm.

Very bad experience

“juber” named staff he knows to respect and always had a smiling face plus he helped out us in so many other ways

staff was very rude to us and he was charging money 800rs for a lipstick small stain on the blanket and during night times receptionist was not present neither picking up the phones. The person “NOJMUL” named staff was very rude to us and didn’t cared about comfort and was very unprofessional

Location was only positive

Hotel management and staff is a scammers, after booking they will say they don’t have booking and ask for extra money
