Once again, the staff went above and beyond! This is our go to place to stay every time we come. It is a good sign of a well run place, when the staff really cares about your problems that may come while traveling. To the staff that went trash digging to find my dad's 400.00 suit, and 200.00 shoes that were thrown away by my own stupidity, Thank You!! Until next time my traveling friends.

Proximity to many things in Layton. It near all the restaurants, Layton mall is so close and walkable in about 3 o 5 minutes. It's not noisy. You can do your laundry straight there at a fee OfCourse. I also like the fact that coffee is there all the day

The rooms are a bit small for 2 beds in the room. It would also be nice if they can improve on their breakfast menu as the options are limited.

Location was Central to where we needed to be. And it was easy to find. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Or short driving distance.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel or the room. Everything was as expected. For us there was some issues with payment. Even though we paid in full online at the time of booking, the hotel still charged us at checkout. They say they didn't show on their end that I had paid through booking. It took about a week to get the whole mess figured out and my money refunded.

Breakfast was good with many selections. Could have been better with real, not turkey sausage, but still very good. Check-in and check-out digitally was wonderful. Bathroom and shower roomy and were excellent. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

Two queen bed room had absolutely no furniture. The only items were a wall mounted desk and a small, uncomfortable chair with wheels. No additional chair, recliner, couch, table, or anything else. Room was very small, mini-fridge had no small freezer.

Overall great experience! The breakfast is awesome , saves us money ! The only thing that needs work on is the elevator that’s by the front desk . It’s super slow we’d wait then just end up taking the stairs .

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

We were not told that the elevator was being redone. It was a pain to always have to go up and down the stairs. After spilling some water in the flooring, I used a towel to wipe it up and it was filthy.

I thought there was a pool and was disappointed that we had to go to the Holiday Inn pool.

The only complaint I had was the room wasn’t really dusted that great and also the handicap accessible chair, things for the pool and the Jacuzzi were very very rusted and it was kind of a nasty eyesore

Nice, clean, and very friendly. They stated I was the "guest of the day" it was awesome. I got a goodie basket, my own parking spot, and they upgraded my room.

We were bummed about the hot tub. It wasn't working and the pool was super cold for me.

The tv needs a guide…when we’re travelling we always like to know the weather (most of the hotels we’ve stayed in have a guide button on the remote) so if the main channels were on a card it would be easier to find. Other than that we were happy to treat ourselves to night at the Hampton.
