Staff was nice and the rooms were spacious.

Broken things in the bathroom, breakfast menu was very limited and it’s situated in an industrial area while the slums were right outside the window. I didn’t enjoy the view from the window as it was very dirty. Although we just needed a one night stay for our road trip so it was okay.

Good to start the day, for quick break fast. fairly balances Vegetarian choice - Fruits, Cornflakes, Vada Sambar/Poori Subji, Toste, tea and coffee. Location is okay, not bad. Front Desk people were supportive and courtesies.

Nothing specific. New bathroom facilities - shampoo and body wash. I liked it. For safety, need to provide railing or some thing against accidents of falling on the road, especially in the dark (night times). Informed the security regarding this lacking of safety.

Nice room located in a business district of Mumbai. Friendly staff being helpful and accommodating. A very good place to stay in when in the area.

The hotel is very near to the MIDC area and can be easily approached. A brand new construction, so good as of now. The staff was quite helpful and the room service was equally good. Room cleanliness was an issue and had to get the room mopped in front of our eyes - but the class IV people were too good to help us without any fuss. More so, we checkout at 7 am in the morning and requested for an early breakfast, which was well arranged for us at 6:45 am ! Thanks to the chef and the hotel staff. Happened to meet the owner Mr Nikam sir and the staff from front office ... all were very much polite and equally good caretakers.

Location was not feasible for my purposes. But there was peace in the area which was appreciated.

The hotel should have its own complementary breakfast system and provision of meals inside the hotel itself rather than ordering from nearby restaurants.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. Location is a bit isolated. Staff was polite and helpful. No in-house restaurant, but buffet breakfast was available.
