Lovely hotel , very grand and charming.

The staff were all very nice and helpful in the hotel however the pool attendant was rather rude. It was very hot by the pool so most people were moving their chairs to stay in shade of umbrellas, the pool attendant did not like this and made a scene. I also don’t like ordering breakfast on an app , I believe it takes away from the dining experience, I like to have interaction with wait staff

The pool was excellent, the rooms basic but comfortable, very peaceful overall, breakfast was suitable for our needs.

The location was rather cut off but we knew this before booking, we had hoped that taxi's would be less expensive as it cost close to €36 round trip to the center using a local taxi app. We rented a car and at night it was quite difficult to find the entrance, needs a bigger or well lit sign.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel that served as a one night stop over for an early morning flight. The staff were super nice and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation in Bari. They were very kind and gave us extra water too unlike most other hotels.

I loved this hotel and will make a point to stay here in the future. I felt like a Princess in the historic room with tall windows and chandeliers, huge bed, double bathroom, big tub... lovely! The super-kind manager, Sr. Sachin, came out to the street to show me the way at night- definitely above and beyond service! And Sr. Michele in the dining is the ultimate professional. Very impressive.

Directions could be provided in an email in advance because road construction has rendered Google Maps worthless. There is no access to the hotel from the northbound lane (thanks to a new road divider) and the turnaround solution is not possible at the northern roundabout to which Google Maps instructs. FAR better to turn left into the Eni gas station just north of the property, then head southbound to the hotel, which will then be on the right. It is an easy solution that is best described in advance of a nighttime tour of the 6 roads named Via Bitritto! The hotel is just opposite the huge Peroni factory.

Renovated old style villa with a big room with balcony and a bath tub. Amicable personnel who tried hard. We had a dinner only for us.

The vicinity is a typical olive garden and the house is outstanding. Unfortunately there is a railway and a large motorway junction nearby that disturb the atmosphere on a rush hour. During the night time it was peaceful and quiet.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of good seating including two armchairs. The bath was huge. The breakfast room was large with a fairly standard breakfast on offer. Coffee was freshly made. An evening meal was available. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Good Wi-Fi

The hotel was well located on the edge of Bari, just off the main highway. There is plenty of free parking. So it is ideal for guests travelling by car. We were travelling by train so we had to use taxis to and from the hotel every time we went into the city. Since we stayed a week, these taxi fares added at least 30 Euros per day.

The classic room was much larger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The outdoor swimming pool was a bonus when we were visiting in June. The spa looked very decent but we didn't use it as we wanted to spend our time in Bari.

Allow for the fact that the hotel is just out of town and the taxi is 20 euros each way or a long walk. We dined in one evening but we were alone and the menu is very limited. There is a bus service for 1 euro but you have to walk down a busy road to find the correct bus stop on your way into Bari.

Allowing animals in internal restaurants. Our first night was somewhat soured by another couple who's dog got sick right beside where we where eating our meal. Not good hygiene.

the hotel and the garden with its pool were lovely. We had two dogs and it was very convenient since our room had a patio and access to the park. Plenty ofparking space.Good wifi. Very clean

The location is quite terrible but we knew beforehand. It is not an hotel to stay in if you want to walk around town without a car. There was an event in the garden one evening and the music and noise were unbearable...
