A spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Nice views, too. The instructions were very detailed, and made it easy to navigate the arrival process. We had enough space for the five of us, and enjoyed our stay. We did have a car, but I understand that the place is close to public transport, so making your way to the old city center should be easy even if you do not have a car. There is a sizeable shopping center across the street (we did not visit it); the café downstairs has options for breakfast if you do not want to cook (the kitchen is well-equipped, by the way).
The price seemed on the high side, but then I understand that high season in Quebec City is not cheap.

We had two bedrooms and nice salon and kitchen. Very spacious 90m apartment. Tv working, plenty of amenities. 2 separate toilet, one with shower. Plus the parking. Very good quality for the price.
It's a bit far from downtown, but shops and mall around. The only thing was ceilings were thin and we could hear the neighbors above. Happy they were not partying or anything just stomping a lot in the morning or in the evening. But that's it. It wasn't bothering us just saying for other guests to be aware. I think it's a Canadian style of building, you can hear the neighbors a lot.

We liked the space; it was spacious, immaculate, airy and light with nice views over the university campus. It seemed obvious that the owners really take pride in having a very nice , well cared for unit. We really liked having the nice cafe downstairs. The location across from the university was great in the sense of providing a lot of green park space with bike paths.
One thing was that the inside of the building, including the parking, seemed quite accessible to the public as the front door was always open, except late at night when the cafe shut. We were a little concerned as we have electric bikes. The apartment itself was perfect, but we found it a bit too far from downtown ( a 40 minute bike ride or 15 minute drive) for our needs.

It’s location right next to eateries and grocery stores is excellent. We walked easily to the bus stop. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all we needed.
The sink in the powder room could be bigger. Putting in a washer and dryer would be very helpful. I booked the property back in Nov 2023 and paid upfront the entire amount right then. I saw a few days ago I saw the same apartment going for $300 less in the peak of holiday time. I find this very unfair. I gave you my money months ago and the owner rewarded me with a higher price. If I paid today could have saved that hefty $300. This is most unfair.

The best bits was the comfortable beds, near food shops and bus stops. The apartment was clean (except white towels looked very grey especially the face towel). They had left a few dishwasher tablets which was helpful, not enough for length of stay. It was located where we wanted to be, although near to the ice rink, the bus connections were not easy, google maps was helpful but often did not give best route option. The direct bus service did not start early or often enough to be ever taken. Washing machine area was easy to access, although minimum load of the card was $10 dollars, cost per wash was $2.50, so reasonable.
You are only supplied with one medium size towel for each person booked in and a very small face towel that was gray/dirty looking. Went to the DollarMart across the road and purchased a couple of more small towels. Small things like only one toilet roll/bin bag for a eight night stay etc, meant they was lots of small extra costs and sure the extra ones left will not be passed on to next guests. For the price of the 8x daily rate these things should in our opinion be included, No tin or bottle opener, DollarMart came in useful again. At times it was very noisy location especially late at night, a large student area. Would have liked some seats out on the Balcony, some apartments seemed to have them. During the day anyone can access the building and lifts.

super easy to enter the room with a code on the door. There is a bus stop accros the street that led to te city center of Québec. Next to the appartement there is a food court, pharmacie and a Metro store.
Watch out when you cook in the kitchen, the fire alarm isn't far away so when it smokes a little you may set off the alarm. Happened to me.

Great to have a fully equiped kitchen and a grocery story around the corner to be able to make my own meals. Proximity to the university was perfect, and I had a nicer view from the hotel than I did in the office at Laval. Everything was still new (bed, furnishings, kitchen equipment) and the internet signal was strong.
Each of the emails were a long combination of what looked like separate auto-generated emails, making it hard to find the critical information. I mainly needed two simple things: (1) access codes to get in the building & room, and to access wifi, and (2) a clean receipt or tax invoice to claim the expenses, preferably as a properly formatted single-page pdf.

Location was good for what I needed. Nice to have a coffee shop in the building. Good facilities in the room (nice fridge, stove, microwave, etc).
I would have preferred darker curtains. The curtains that were there did not block out the light from the street, making it a bit more difficult to sleep.

The space was incredibly clean from top to bottom. It had all the amenities we could possible need. It felt like staying in a high-quality hotel but with the added convenience of an apartment. The beds and linens were super comfortable and definitely lived up to the hotel-like standard. We all got great sleep at night. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare our meals, which was huge plus for me. Whether it was pots, pans, utensils, plates, or even a coffee maker, everything was there and in great condition. The location was perfect. Close to Old Quebec city. The staff are always available to help and responds to our inquiries promptly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient stay!

Our sunny apartment was impeccable with two bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a cozy living room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The extra half bath was a real plus. The balcony, which runs the full length of the flat, overlooks part of Université de Laval’s impressive campus. There is a fair amount of noise from the street below, but that is a given when you are in an urban area. It is a great location for visiting Quebec City or the shopping malls in Ste-Foy. The café on the ground floor is terrific - good food, delicious coffee served in an upbeat ambiance.
Once you realize that there is an elevator from the parking garage, it makes loading and unloading the vehicle a whole lot easier.
