This prime location made our stay even more enjoyable, as we could easily access everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing given the overall quality of the other meals. Additionally, the service in the mornings was slow, which made breakfast a less enjoyable experience. I hope they can improve their breakfast options and morning service to enhance the guest experience further.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, well-trained, and incredibly hospitable—they made sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful terrace area on the 5th floor. Sipping drinks under the stars with my partner, soaking in the peaceful vibes, and enjoying the stunning view was just magical! The ambiance was serene, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience was beyond expectations. From check in to check out everything went smooth and there isn't any hassle. The hotel is very conveniently located in Lonavala near State transport bus stand. Rooms were neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The food at the restaurant was nice. The only issue we had is during the breakfast - pohas(flattened rice) were stale. But when we brought it to notice the staff immediately changed it and made the fresh preparation. Overall we lived our stay at Enrise by Sayaji Lonavala

Hotel is new and elegant food was good staff is nice and humble breakfast was amazing. Rooms are well designed and have a good contemporary looks, all pick and pine, value for money, worth visiting again with family and friends. Saturday night live music free of cost was wonderful. Full comfort and we all had a great time. Don't forget to order for Pan Ice cream its good one. Special thanks to front desk Ms. Simran as a professional for taking care of our comfort and requirements.

lift for 8 person can be designed for better improvement and some signages rest all is Cousy and sweet you just would like to visit again soon, i shall send my daughter and son in law soon when they visit India on their next trip.

The property is very new and well maintained . The room on the fourth floor had an excellent view of tree cover and it is located in a quiet area of Lonavala . The breakfast was served at our table and quite tasty . The restaurant manager was very friendly as was the reception staff . We had a very good stay

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, good location as it's not on the main road, polite staff. It's a new property and very tastefully decorated.

Food could be better. After the room was cleaned, the door was not locked properly, when we went to our room in the evening the door was open, the staff should be careful.

The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The location is very accessible in the city centre. It is perfect for a staycation. The staff is very courteous, helpful and polite.

The full in-room dining menu wasn’t available so we would appreciate having to choose from a good variety rather than limited options.

Stay in the Hotel was excellent.Compared to rent the size of the room, wash room were small though the facilities were quite good.Complimentary breakfast could have been better with more fruits and other items. The cleanliness and staff behavior was very good.

The hotel has limited kitchen capacity to manage breakfast for all the guests The food got over quickly. When observed it was seen that there were 3 chefs but gas/stove were limited to manage the variety of menu items. The staff couldn’t do anything. Capacity/resource planning need to be optimized else it will always be a bottleneck
