Just over the road from the beach, sunny balcony with view of the sea. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with stove top, microwave, single dishdrawer, full size fridge/freezer., washing machine. The bathroom in Apartment 1 has a very small handbasin. A little bit awkward but we managed. Good shower with almost instant hot water. Being an end apartment meant we had more windows than some of the other apartments. We enjoyed the extra sun and outlook that these gave us. The staff we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and our apartment was very clean. This was our second stay and we look forward to coming back next year.

It’s hard to describe in words. You just need to experience how amazing the place, people and area. Plenty space for family of 4. Fantastic view of sunrise, a stone throw away from the beach, next to where the ferry ride to Abel Tasman and next to Waterfront restaurant which by the way had excellent service and food! What do you need more?

That it’s so far away from Switzerland. Haha!

The apartment was great! It was cosy with a lot of space. It was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great. The view from the main bedroom and the living room was beautiful. The washing machine, drying machine and dishwasher were very useful.

The pan could be replaced, but it is just a detail. The apartment is next to the road but it actually did not bother us at is was very quiet.

Our stay at KeiteriTeri Reserve Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The apartments were impeccably clean and modern, with stunning views of the beach right from our windows and balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach, and we'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

Location, decor, cleanliness all excellent. Loved the shower products, very good quality. Great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer within the apartment with complimentary washing powder. They had thought of everything to make our stay fantastic. Even beach towels left for us.

We arrived quite late and after the reception was closed, the arrangements to get the keys worked well for us. The apartments was across the road from the beach and had a balcony view over the beach which was fairly stunning. There were plenty of cafes close by to get something to eat. There was a grocery store close by too.

Apartment was adjacent a camp site with a pub/entertainment centre. People using this were a bit noisy towards the end of the evening.

We appreciated being able to return to reception after we had been to the apartment to rectify our telephone request for no stairs. We were really pleased to be listened to and to have a room change. The view was spectacular and the layout of the apartment suited us really, really well (as an older couple). Having the shop and restaurant close by was a real bonus. The lift was well used as we have mobility issues. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome.

Because of our mobility issues, it was difficult to get our luggage to the apartment, however we managed to cope.

The location was outstanding and the view from the apartment just amazing. It was close to all the facilities and the reception people were very friendly and efficient, to the extent they had warmed up the apartment before we arrived - great for a winter booking. Everything was very comfortable.

I felt it was short on a few amenities - like a serving platter for instance. It's always good to have some containers or coverings for food left overs so you can put in the fridge for the next day. Just little things like that.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in the apartment directly overlooking the beach. While there's much to do and see in the area, sitting on the balcony taking in the view was just as enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a great stay: easy parking, a full kitchen, laundry in the unit and the shop right downstairs. It couldn't be more convenient to walk right down the stairs and onto the water shuttles to Abel Tasman.
