Staff here were great, very nice and couldn’t be more friendly / helpful. The pods are very basic but as long as you know what you are going to and for you won’t be disappointed. Elephant wake up in the morning was good. Breakfast could have been a bit better.

The staff are amazing, well mannered, specially a guy name Chow, he speak english and he is very friendly and familiar. We had an amazing adventure there with the elephant and you should try activities like elephant bathing and the waterfall they are amazing

Definitely the best of my trip to Thailand. I stayed 2 nights and I wished I could stay longer. What a magical and wonderful place. The people are very kind and have a noble heart. I want to go back now. 🩶🐘🐘🤎

The entire staff were exceptionally welcoming and courteous, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was also tastefully decorated and comfortable.

the place is very very small + no view at all - elephants just pass 2 hours at the morning between all the guests so u will never have a pic without much people in the background

Right next to elephant sanctuary and one of them was brought into the property area and guests were able to feed it in the morning.

rooms were made of plywood and of a very poor standard inside. the pictures were deceptive and didn’t reflect the poor standard of room

No room to move, dirty unfinished bushes shower old shed like accommodation , un stocked bar with no one behind if I have a video of room can share if you wish looks nothing like advertised

Nothing apart from a guy arranging a friend to take us back to Chiang Mai city

This hotel is nothing like described,The place is in the middle of nowhere with no facilities to get food or drink as soon as you arrive there is no reception greeting you need to walk up the steepest hill with luggage (unless you were lucky enough to eventually get someone to arrive for it in a van) no one was around!! to get to a room where you checkin we asked where we can get food which reply was if you book an activity you will get lunch, yes you will get a elephant wake up call but the area is so small I couldn’t see how the photos would match up to what is described. If the day was to rain you would have no choice but to stay in your room which is small and dirty and no doubt bugs all inside. There is no other amenities that the activity’s which are on set times. So if it is just an elephant wake up call you want this hotel is a massive NO because it has absolutely nothing else to do..
