I will just state that Ms. Mack at the front desk was just a breath of fresh air!! She was very polite and helpful with any questions I may have had. Even if she left for the day and came back to work the next day, her attitude towards the customers was exactly the same! Another shout out Ms Tab from the kitchen staff was joy!! Very pleasant and helped with anything! Came to you to check on you at your table!! Bubbly personality!! Both ladies did a 😃 job!!

I'm used to having a microwave in my hotel rooms and I didn't have one this time. Ms. Mack explained the reason for not having one in my room after I inquired about it.

The location was great, right off the interstate and that the side/rear entry doors were locked (exit only) gives you an extra layer of security was nice. Breakfast was decent, hotel overall looks good and clean, staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, could've been a little bigger. I will recommend this hotel!

Well, when I got to the shower, the shower gel tube was empty. I notified front desk and I went down to get another tube, these little things like that housekeeping has to do better.

The hotel lobby met all the expectations of a hotel the focus point of the lobby was the pool table and the sitting area with the egg shell swings. You can entertain the family all in one area

My only concern was NO cleaning service daily 😞 it's every other day so we had used towels on the bathroom floor and the floors holds water spots. And there is no closet to put your belongings in.

The location is great. The breakfast bar was clean, stocked, and had a nice selection. The parking lot is plentiful. The amenities like billiards and a gym are perks.

The noise level due to thin walls was upsetting since our neighbors did not see the quiet hours sign. The pillows are typical hotel pillows, but even after requesting additional pillows my neck needed more support. The air conditioning unit was not the most quiet.

The overall hotel is beautiful, the General manager is very sweet she is going above and beyond to make everyone experience comfortable, worth the stay. She also has great help! Dan is kind to everyone and has great experience with what he is doing. Thank you for the awesome service Dan and General manager 10 out of 10

There was nothing I didn't like!

Your front desk workers! Both the guy when I arrived and the woman that checked me out were so sweet, kind, and helpful. So was the woman monitoring breakfast and ensuring all guests stayed hygienic when getting serving ourselves breakfast. That alone made this a great place to stay.

There isn’t a pool…but I knew that already so it doesn’t truly count. lol

The staff is above and beyond! I thought the night staff was over the top but wait until the morning and breakfast! It was a destination with all kinds of surprises! A pool table in one TRU hotel and Foosball in another. Excellant gym. Great rooms and you can buy snacks, drinks (alcohol), and non-stop coffee.

The property/facility was great!

I stayed days. I asked the house keeper for towels didn’t get any and had to go to the desk. The second day when house keeping were suppose to gather garbage, change the bed, and restock towels they didn’t do it. Other than that the stay was great!

Pleasant staff ! Wide array of breakfast items! You have to see it, to believe it!! Very clean rooms and bathrooms . Beds are soft and comfy! Nice view! Lobby has a pool table and beautiful aesthetics! Receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

WiFi is not strong.

Everything was great, the hotel is new, it's clean and state-of-art. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast pretty good, the location was great for being that it's down the road from a Walmart and the staff was friendly as well.

The room wasn't really spacious but it was ok for a layover.
