It is without doubt one of the best hotels for families and kids, offering both indoor and outdoor games along with a well-maintained swimming pool that added to the fun. The staff members deserve a special mention for their warmth and professionalism. Ms. Menuka Ma’am, Mr. Toshif, Ms. Laboni, and the reception team, Mr. Ajmal and Mr. Sehwaj, Mr. Vipul were extremely cooperative, supportive, and ensured everything was taken care of with perfection. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, especially the complimentary breakfast buffet, which was not only tasty but also thoughtfully prepared. Every meal was satisfying and added to the overall memorable experience. I had an incredible experience staying at Lemon tree ! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was absolutely gorgeous—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the large windows with a view of the sea and beautiful garden The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the Beach in front of resort and the high tea which they provide with the sundowner at the roof top The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to I felt completely at ease during my stay and will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town. Overall, I highly recommend lemon tree to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. Great value for the price!

Mr Darshan singh plays an important role to keep the staff motivated and be courteous. Room Service is very fast and you can expect it within next five minutes. Food quality is very good. Outside swimming pool and garden, adds to the beauty. Mr Singh has potential to further enhance the comfort and ambience.

It was wonderful stay with lemon tree resort ,the welcoming of this hotel was above the my expectation i met there GM.Mr. Pramod tiwari very welcoming nature and smile face and courteous ,the front office team was very supportive very close to tample. they provide complimentary h.tea . Excellent Breakfast with very good spread the citrus restaurant staff was awesome great and memorable hospitality ill recommend to others also about this proparty

Everything was perfect nothing negative it was memorable stay

We stayed one night to enjoy the pool, which was clean. Staff was very friendly and quite a few of them spoke good English. Breakfast was extensive with some western choices as well. We also liked lunch/dinner in the restaurant. Room was spacious and water, tea, toiletries etc. were all provided. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. We received a free upgrade, which was nice.

For us it was clean enough, but here we see an opportunity to improve. It could be a tad cleaner, especially simple things like the floor etc.

Good behaviour of staff, prompt service, cleaniness

The location is such that it is not easy to get transport. The mob. No. given by reception for highring vehicle didn't respond even after several efforts. Even the call from reception was not responded. The management should keep their own vehicle, on reasonable payment basis for dropping guest to railway station because that time is very crusial for guest. We almost pannicked due to delay in getting transport.
