It’s was very clean, wonderful large shower, the king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Both nights around 10:00 pm to approximately 2:00 am someone was in the hallway or surrounding area, talking loudly and dropping what sound like heavy appliances. Thought it was maintenance, but after speaking with staff they do not have not maintenance.

Had recently been updated and always very clean.

The only issue we had was there wasn’t much of a selection for breakfast for a decent protein on Saturday. We got downstairs for breakfast at 9 and it still had an hour. Restocking some items, like fruit, was rather slow even though they apparently had some in the back.

The room was great, clean, and very spacious. The common areas were also clean and we were easily able to find what we needed.

The outside was showing a lot of insulation. The grass wasn't mowed very well. The back door didn't close all the time, this made me nervous as anyone would be able to come in.

I loved the views they were priceless! And I loved the view from the dining room and how the breakfast was different everyday!

I didn’t like that the dining room was dirty and the attendant wasn’t cleaning even though she was downstairs…. Also they only come and make your bed every other day and they didn’t even change the sheets..

It was beautiful. The breakfast could be accessed until 10am which helped a late sleeper like me. The breakfast food was great and there was a large variety. It was also dog friendly for our girls. Thank you for a great memory!

I can't think of a thing I didn't like

Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Handicap rooms need to be closer to the elevator on 2nd floor and above. Unless they're being pushed in a wheelchair, physically handicapped people can't walk the long hallway.

For some reason, neither of our two cellphone carriers had good service within the hotel building….. only one to no bars…… Yet less than half a block away, we both had excellent service……. Very strange……

The lobby was extremely cozy & inviting, very festive decor for the holidays! The room was spacious.

The bedroom doors slam and are so loud! The door doesn’t fit the doorway, which is the problem. In addition, the beds are wildly uncomfortable.

The room was large and with lots of outlets in useful places. There were also several usable drawers. The A/C worked very well. And there was plenty of parking.

We were supposed to have opted for daily housekeeping,, but had to ask for it each time. In the bathroom the sink would not drain and the toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast was mediocre.

Beds were was to soft and went to use the in room coffee pot still had a used pod in it was gross and butter packets were rock solid if they are pure butter they can be set out for days make big difference buttering toast and waffles
