Check in easy with pre-check-in you do online. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower was clean, good pressure/temperature. AC looks fairly new, clean & runs ok. Night was quiet, but that can depend on day, time of year or special events. I didn't go to the breakfast room, but it looked nice.

TV was very dim even with the brightness up 100%. Toilet paper holder is too far from the toilet unless you have long ape arms, lol. I'm short with bad back so I had to get off the seat just to get TP. Pop vend machine on my floot was out of all pop so that was abit disappointing. Didn't like the text they send at 8AM asking about when you're checking out. Depending on your notification volume, that could wake you up prematurely. Check out is 11AM so when you see me, you see me.

The room was very nice and spacious mini fridge worked fantastic air conditioner was great

Wasn't to impressed with the tub shower combo I stepped into the tub and my feet flew out from under me and I ended up laying on my back outside of the tub... Need some kind of slip proof material or something to prevent this also a grab bar along the inside wall would have helped.. My back still hurts some but trying to work out the kinks...

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They took extra care to get us into a room of our choice. The location of the motel was very convenient. They offer good breakfast choices, too.

The desk chair could have been a little better. The adjustment feature was broken. Actually, both chairs could have been a little more comfortable but at least there were chairs. That's a plus. I'm just being picky.

Everyone was very nice, helpful, and friendly from check-in to check-out! The room was clean and smelled good. Everything looked great. The continental breakfast was good! The bed was very comfortable! Great water pressure! Definitely recommend Super 8 if you're in Elkins!

Investing in another waffle maker would be a good option.

Location was very close to the town center. Honestly it was a great price for the location and the place. It was very comfortable and private.

The place where we had breakfast was a little small and crowded during the morning. It would have been nice to have a little more space.

Happy with the stay along with family. The cleanliness, easy check-in/check-out, value breakfast, location, service staffs support all deserve a plus point. Recommended, a true value of money.

Breakfast was better than expected. They offered one hot dish which I was not expecting. Room wa clean, ample hot water, bed comfortable, HVAC worked perfectly and did not make noise.

They were putting new carpet in halls . Old in halls did not look bad, but the new carpet was brighter.

The value was wonderful!! What we paid for 2 nights is what we usually pay for 1 night almost everywhere else!! Breakfast was good, just wished it was served about a half hour longer

The breakfast was typical for "breakfast included", but the coffee could have been better. The door to our room did not fit its frame and the large gaps around the door allowed excessive noise from the hall into our room.
