Our stay at CHARRAS Bhawan was truly heavenly. This is not just a hotel — it’s a sanctuary where you are heard, felt, and understood. The staff has an incredible ability to remember your habits and preferences, as if you were staying not at a hotel, but with close friends who have known you for years. Every detail is taken care of before you even have to ask — this is the highest level of attentiveness. Breakfasts are not only delicious — they are thoughtfully tailored with a personal touch. Since we stayed longer than any other guests, we were even offered a special menu just for us. This gesture deeply touched us — such a level of care speaks for itself. The hotel is small, intimate, and soulful, with a truly private atmosphere. Housekeeping is flawless — everything is immaculate and arranged with great attention to detail. The historical background of the villa adds a special feeling of connection — being here feels like becoming part of Thailand’s cultural heritage. This is not just luxury — this is conscious, refined, meaningful luxury. A rarity in today’s world. We extended our stay simply because we couldn’t leave — that’s how wonderful it is here. Nature, tranquility, a sense of seclusion and inner harmony — this is exactly what we were looking for, and this is exactly what we found. Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely location. A short taxi ride from the hustle of central Hua Hin to a much more quaint, village vibe and a beautiful, quieter stretch of sandy beach. The gardens were so beautiful.

Breakfast set up was small tapas style off an al la carte menu. You could order whatever you liked/as much as you liked, but it was a bit different. If you are sensitive to accustics, ask for an upstairs suite/room so that you dont hear the people moving about above you.

Our concierge was AMAZING. Very personable, helpful, and kind. We were walking into the area and he saw us and offered a ride to our restaurant on his golf cart. The villa was fantastic and it was obvious that the resort owners thought of every tiny possible detail that would make our stay as comfortable as possible. I mean - pillow mist? A flashlight? A picnic basket for the beach? My fiance and I lived in our robes the whole time. Lastly, the private beach with the temples and Buddha statue in the close distance was magical. Next time I am in Thailand we are staying agian and will recommend it to anyone who is visiting Hua Hin/Khao Tao.

If I had to make one complaint, I'd say that the outdoor hot tub took forever to fill up. That's really just me pressing for any complaints though. Otherwise, it's a 11/10.

We stayed in Villa Taweevadh in a 1 bedroom villa, overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and the beach. The villa is well appointed, very comfortable and has a spacious bathroom. Charras Bhawan is in a quiet area which is just what we wanted. We did take a taxi into Hua Hin but were so happy to get back to our villa and the gorgeous pool and clean, calm beach! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Pawan Restaurant which is on site. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is excellent. In fact, all staff on site are friendly and helpful. This is a well-maintained, well-run property and we highly recommend it. Thank you to all at Charras Bhawan who made our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return in the future with our family and will recommend Charras Bhawan to our friends.

The hotel is beautiful and rich with history. It is perfectly located on Khao Tao Beach, away from busy area. This hotel is a perfect place for those looking for a peace and quiet. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need. We were able to get the room on the ground floor, which made our stay with elderly parents super comfortable.

The breakfast option is quite limited but we still enjoyed the food. Staff may need to align within the team because we received different information from the staff. On the first day, I got a cappuccino with oat milk and on the second day, I was informed by a waitress that there's an extra charge for oat milk. I informed her that I got oat milk previous day without having to pay extra. The waitress insisted that it must have been soy milk instead of oat milk. We were really confused by the whole ordeal.

We had a splendid holiday there! After arriving the hotel, we instantly felt relax and happy, loved the vibe of the hotel, the ocean view, the history, the decor and most importantly the service provided were outstanding and made us feel welcome and warm. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was cozy, although we had our private pool, we did not use much because the ocean-front public pool was stunning, not to mention it was always quite and peaceful. Only receiving max. 8 groups of guests is one of the things I love, there will not be too many people ruin the zen feeling. The food there are also amazing, especially the breakfast. Usa was so nice helping us reserved the ocean-front seats for our first dinner there. It's super romantic, I will recommend having at least one dinner during your stay in PRAWN, if not all night (like us!) I would like to express our true appreciation to the service team there, they always clean our room quickly, quietly and thoroughly; the restaurant staffs are always nice and keen to help; I always got quick response and timely help using LINE; and a special thank to Usa, who is so kind and nice, we have a wonderful anniversary in this place, will definitely come back!

Every tiny detail to make the stay comfortable has been thought of. The staff were all really friendly and were super helpful. The interior design in the villas was stunning. Breakfast in the restaurant was made to order and was super fresh each day. The pool was beautiful and the beach was clean (we were helped to take a canoe out). This resort was super private with only 8 villas in total, most of the time we felt like the only guests; this was so peaceful and relaxing. Nearby, there are some restaurants, a market and a massage shop. The hotel helped organise taxis which was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The shower water wasn’t super hot.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, it is very beautiful, green plants and flowers surround the whole hotel. The breakfast is very exquisite, each one is carefully prepared by the chef. The public swimming pool of the hotel has an unparalleled sea view. If you like photography, this should be your favorite scenery. This is a perfect vacation for me and my family, thank Sunantha for your patience and warm hospitality! I believe we will come back again!

The breakfast was great and food at the restaurant is worth the try. Service was as good as you can expect from 5-stars hotel (well it's my first time with this type of service tho). It was very private and worth for the getaway.

A lot of trees and plants are great but also attract a lot of mosquitoes. Plates and glasses in the cabinet was a little high difficult to get it comfortably for short person like me, if there is a step ladder might be great.
