The property has a convenient location for travelers heading out to the airport at a good rate. My room with a garden view even had a small view of the water. The staff were kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. This was perfect for my one night stay traveling with a small service dog. They offered fresh coffee and a muffin in the am and had orange soaked fresh water when I checked in. After a car, boat and taxis ride, this is my go to hotel when leaving my home in STJ prior to flying to the states.

I tend to stay here prior to flying out. I miss the restaurant. It was closed this time, but the staff gave me the suggestion to walk the beach and have dinner at the adjacent hotel. Good suggestion!

The pool was just as pictured - next to the bay and clean. I enjoyed swimming and laying in the sun. The hotel is no more than 5 minute walk from the airport. That is why we chose it. It was perfect for us.

Please offer a couple of complimentary bottles of water. The bathroom door had some yucky sticky stuff running down it. You can only see it in a certain light and direction. At first I thought it was like steam streaks after the shower. But, it didn't go around. I touched it - grossness! A little soap and rag would clean it up - but, it wasn't my job. Sorry.

Location was perfect for what we needed. It’s not close to town but that’s ok. The restaurant was very good and the staff was lovely. We walked from the airport to the hotel! The views from our room were beautiful. The room was basic, but had everything we needed. The balcony was huge and a great place to sit and have your morning coffee or look at the stars at night. The pool area was nice, but also needed some attention- broken patio furniture needed replacement, but we found enough working loungers for our group of 7. Friendly iguanas joined us for some sunbathing!

It is in need of an update. Things were worn. But, I think that part of Island living.Lots of things in need of repair. There is no beach accessible in front of the hotel as indicated on the website. It’s blocked off and deteriorated and in bad need of repair. There is however a lovely beach at the sister property across the bay- about a 10 minute walk.

Very pretty, and very great location. The rooms were very nice and clean, plus the balcony was an awesome extra touch. The staff was incredibly nice, and they welcomed us every day. The pool and food were awesome. They gave us a taxi to go wherever we needed to go, which cost money but was awesome to know that we had some sort of travel.

The restaurant staff was very rude at times, which was different from the hotel staff which was incredible. I wish there were some more places to buy snacks, but there is a small vending machine to use if needed.

Setting on the side of the bay. The outdoor bar/restaurant cascading down the side of the hill by the pool and bay was very tropical and had a good vibe. The staff was very warm and laughed alot. It was a good location to spend the last night before catching a flight home but still be on the water.

The hotel has had some damage due to hurricanes that have not been repaired. It is a little dated but that is reflected in the price of the hotel. The hotel is in an industrial area so the views are what you would expect but the water with the moonlight on it at night was beautiful.

The location is super. Close to airport and ferry. There was a beach close by that offered food and chairs and drinks and water ‘toys”. The property was quaint and tidy. The pool and restaurant were down several steps but was very clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful.

I kept trying to talk to the staff and they were not interested in making conversation. I was just trying to be nice but every time I asked them anything they just answered the question and moved on.

The location was great, it was 1 minute from the airport and the beach was 2 minutes away. There is a restaurant on the property but, I went off the property for meals and to shop.

The first night I was in a small room with a small bed it seemed like a full-size bed. That was unfortunate because I booked the stay requesting a king-size bed. The next morning, I was able to move to a larger room with a king-size bed at the same rate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other than the mix-up on the first night........my stay was great!!

Close proximity to airport, and town. Great place to stay for a business or work trip, and for an Virgin Islands exploration trip if you're not intending to spend much time indoors. My room was comfortable with good A/C.

The restaurant was closed at the time of my stay. Had to eat at the sister hotel. (not that far anyway)

Sharene (sp?) at front desk was the best ever. nice views from the rooms, and if you like watching planes take off and land, this is the place for you.

needs water access from the hotel to the bay. pool area is nice, but no substitute for being to just jump in the Caribbean at your feet.

The location is perfect for a one night stay wether you are going to or coming from the airport. I was there in June and now one month later, I see that they are shining up the property a little more. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! My room was clean and I had a water view along with great AC ..

All was good! If anything, the old, rugged steps were a little scary when I had to bring my luggage up and down. Replacement of old carpet would be an upgrade.
