Excellent hotel, with beautiful caldera and local views and great people. Santorini and Greece overall are absolutely delightful.

The views, the location, the staff, the rooms, the complimentary breakfast, the quality for the money... we loved everything about this property! It's in the perfect location to walk to Fira town (quick 8 minute walk) without being too close to all the hustle and bustle. This is the second time we've stayed at this property and when we come back, I will definitely book here again!

The view from the pool and our room was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. You choose breakfast from an extensive list so lots of variety. Breakfast was served poolside so a nice way to start the day. Pool area was great place to lounge to enjoy the sun and the view. Not too far from Fira, about 15-20 mins but be mindful the walk is not easy if you have mobility issues.

Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were served cold instead of hot. They were not very appertising. So many stairs to climb to get to street level, but this the price you pay to get that fabulous view. Pool water was too cold.

Insanely great view away from the cray crowds. We loved our 5 day stay at Belvedere Suites! The staff was super helpful and friendly. From Chris and Christos welcoming us upon arrival to Marina pointing us in the right direction for unique and hidden local eating options. Tane was everywhere we looked making the entire place run smoothly with a smile and great spirit. And Bianca at the breakfast bar remembering our favorite morning coffees after just one day. Everyone was just lovely and made our vacation special. The breakfast was amazing. Not the usual breakfast bar but a menu you could order from. No The pool was always cool for an afternoon swim, super helpful since it was HOT in the afternoon sun! It did cool off incredibly in the afternoon. The bed was nice, pillows pretty hard, but ok. And the ac always ran cold and kept the room nice. And finally the location was perfect. It never felt crowded like Fira. We walked there once and were so thankful we chose Belvedere instead in Firostefani! Private with amazing views from the hotel, our balcony, and even from our bed (we had the Superior double)!

We were super happy and would definitely stay here again. If any negative the pillow was a bit hard but we slept good. The bed was comfy and the view from the bed was miraculous!

The views of the caldera were above expectations. Included breakfast awesome. Staff spoke English well and were all very very friendly. We had a rental car which was extremely helpful to get around the island. They have free parking at the site which was a huge benefit. The adjacent Mama Thira restaurant was a great place for lunch or dinner with a fantastic view.

Super location and while not in Fira, this was negligible. A quick 15 minute walk brought us to the town center in Fira. This was actually a plus because it was not in crowded Fira.

This hotel is simply amazing. It provides great view from Firostefani caldera to Imerovigli. There is a beautiful swimming pool where you can lay during the day, it is big enough and there is space for everyone. The sun beds are comfortable and the staff at the pool bar is very polite. The whole property is super clean and well-maintained. Also it is 10 mins walk to the main town of Fira where there are lot of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay! We were upgraded to better room! Thank you! Definitely recommend it!

Convenient to drop off point for tours and great views.

Lots of steps but that’s Santorini. Penny pinching attitude. One cup of coffee with included breakfast, any more must pay. In room two complimentary nespresso pods on arrival, have to pay for more. I had paid €3,600 for room for seven days, surely two free pods per day would be reasonable. Others expressed the same concern.

Belvedere Suites in Firostefani is superbly located, offering breathtaking views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The hotel combines elegance with relaxation, featuring beautifully designed rooms and a stunning pool. Its prime location makes it perfect for exploring Santorini, while still providing a tranquil retreat with unforgettable sunset views.

1. No elevator, but I’ve known it before. 2. The owner didn’t update us that she wasn’t coming to meet us as what was stated on the website. But I didn’t let this bother me because on other occasions she was very responsive.

The junior suite is not worth it….considerably more expensive and the sitting area is dark. Great if more than 2 people, ie travelling with kids. Standard rooms with seaview are great. The staff moved us when asked
